Just be patient. Running big things like this takes a lot of work and Stevenson's Saying Hi post explained why he hasn't gotten to it yet.

No, I can't read the teams out yet, since I haven't technically sorted you in to teams. However, there's an odd number of applicants, so one team would have one more PC-and there aren't that many PCs to begin with. The actual teams, PC wise, would be 4-3.
