I agree with Mandi. Besides, someone should probably step up to scold Kusa and claim that he was overkilling or perhaps mention that he didn't seem to be his normal self at all during the battle.

Just thought I'd pop in to say something. If any of you were wondering about Kusa's change of behaviour during the battle with Ayako, I'll explain it now. Kusa is a Vizard. For those of you who don't know what that is, this is the explaination offered on Wikipedia:

The vizard are the antithesis to the arrancar; they are shinigami who have obtained hollow powers and whose shinigami powers remain dominant (although they do have to undergo a process and maintain their dominance over their hollow), while the arrancar are hollows that have obtained shinigami powers and whose hollow powers remain dominant. Having begun as shinigami, the vizard appear entirely human. Unlike the arrancar, they do not have holes or partial masks (common traits of transformed hollows) anywhere on their body, though they can produce masks on demand, and they carry zanpakutō like normal shinigami. When using their hollow powers, a vizard's appearance does not change except for the mask on their face and the color of their eyes, with the whites of their eyes turning black and the irises gold. This process of donning one's hollow mask is referred to as "Hollowfication."

Also, Bael is the only one who actually knows this about Kusa. It's a secret.

Pardon. What I should have said was... It's a secret to everyone else within the actual RP itself. As I mentioned, Bael is excluded.

Er...Shans...

Kiku used shikai while our mystery opponent's blood was on the blade. Then she touched the injury in Rath's back with her staff. Given her zanpakutou's ability, the injury should've transferred to the as-yet-unnamed-girl. Just a heads up, since she doesn't seem to be affected at all in your last post.

Since the hollow part of him is now in control, Kusa isn't likely to stop merely because Yuki is in his way. He'll cut her down as well if no one steps in to stop him.
