No, I'm saving the starters for potential new IPA-ers. If The N00bs's starter wasn't indication enough, I'm kind of running out of options. And just to clarify now: I'm aware that Phione technically doesn't evolve into Manaphy. However, it is definitely a pre-evolved form of sorts, in that it's the result of breeding. Chinchou and Mantyke DO evolve via remotely normal methods (No, Josiah, you don't need a Remoroot to evolve Phiotyke) therefore these two will evolve at five wins like every other IPA. It's kinda like how Stevenson's Lucca, a Nidoran Male combination, is female...
Oh yeah, one more thing. now that Nosel would evolve...

good job silver! and chinchow is one of my favorite pokemon! I think I will name it "Princess Spark" because, well, manaphy is the prince of the sea, and seeing as Chione is female, it would be fitting that price be changed to princess. as for the spark, that goes the the electric part. oh, and could we see what the magnazone and dodruple mix looks like?

Yeah, I'll update the Freewebs IPAdex soon... but when I do, I want to have some of the new IPA up there too, and I want to get their TM lists done before I do that. TM lists are a pain...

And on that note: Vote for your favorite freaks! Mankloon, Probopass, and just about any of the new Ocean IPA... Vote for whichever one shows up in your nightmares the most, and I'll start posting it in intro topics as a means to scare away n00bs XD
