How about we say Naruto, Sasuke, ans Sakura are Jonin and they give us misions.

Well, I don't think we'll be seeing Sasuke at all. Sakura is mainly a healer, and Naruto, well... I suppose he Might be a Jonin in this. But I rather like the idea of having to report to Lady Tsunade or perhaps even Jiraiha... Though, hmm, I suppose whatever you guys would like to do is fine. I guess we really don't have to follow the events of the anime/manga series, after all.

Yes, I'm a girl. I just enjoy playing male characters more, but my original character of Artemis has remained female. I could say the same to Shans, however, since he does play some female characters and has a female character for his avatar. So it's not all that uncommon, right? Also, for those who know me semi-well, they know I'm a huge yaoi fanatic/addict. That also accounts for my tendency to play male characters over female characters. Hope this has given you some insight.
