Unluckily for you, Sims got there first, and there's no such thing as an 'innactive IPA'. Shadowman, Atma, and myself are the only people that have quit IPA... and I did kick a few people out due to innactivity, but they hadn't been seen on the forum at all for months. Sims, on the other hand, has continued to be an active forum member, so even if he didn't post in IPA, I had no reason to believe he'd disappeared for good.
