I think it's about time the new Pokemon from Diamond and Pearl made their way to IPA, wouldn't you agree? Yes, well, there are two things standing in our way - Togekiss and Magnezone. We can't have Altaretic and Magnedrio half-evolving, can we? So, we're going to take some... let's call it 'artistic liscence' here. We're going to make our own evolutions for Dodrio and Altaria! Lame, no? Well, it has to be done. I'm sure you've all at least SEEN a fake Pokemon before... I'm looking for some creativity here, and the more information, the better. You can enter for one or both... you don't need a picture or a sprite, but it would certainly make my job a lot easier. You have to at least give me a decent description.
The best ones will be mixed with those darn new evolutions and... probably not used for anything else ever, but we can't be sure. Either way, you'll get some kind of IPA prize for winning, so why complain?
And if no one enters, D/P Pokemon will never appear in IPA. So throw me a friggin' bone! Just post them here, but if you're shy or something I guess you can send them by PM... or if you've got something so completely kick-awesome you know it'll win, you can send it by PM so everyone else will be like, "WHAAAAAT?!" when the winners are announced on September first. Which is when the contest ends. Two weeks, people! Get moving!

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."

As far as I know, Altaretic and Magneduo are the only issues. The only other Pokemon in IPA that got new stages in D/P were Sneasel and Nosepass who, conveniently, are combined with each other and nothing else.
But if no one enters, D/P Pokemon will NEVER appear in IPA. So no, Nosel won't evolve.

Huh. I wonder how it walks...
As I said, I'm looking for some creativity. Dodrio doesn't look exactly like Doduo with another head; why should it's immaginary third stage be any different? As I said, I don't need a sprite, but at least a little detail would be nice. And by that I mean, at least a little effort would be nice. The prize I intend to give out... you need to earn it.

Altarion

Color: Blue with a gold stripe down its back.
Appearance: Longer more predatory beak than Altaria. Narrower eyes. Long airodynamic tail. One gold feather coming out of the top of its head and going to about the end of its tail. Larger feet with claws. Big cloud wings that look more like wings than puffs of cloud (as in, the clouds are in the shape of feathers and the like). A misty or or thin cloud like aura surrounding it.
I'll try and think up something for Dodrio later.

I'm not a good spriter, in fact I can hardly sprite at all, never mind draw. But I think I have somthing for dodreo's evolved form, Dodrupal. same body and color as doduo and dreo, with 4 heads. it has little brown wings on it's side, and the heads how four emotions and eye color; happy, sad, sleapy, and angry. eye color; red, yellow, green, and blue, respectivly.the beaks are even longer and are the same color as the other evolutions, and the tail has 5 feathers. the eye browe feather thingys are longer and curly. I can't show you a picture, as a toddler can draw better then me
