Flora's Random Jumble of Prose/Poetry

I'm not sure if I'll be posting everything I write, but I decided to create a little topic for myself, criticism and comments appreciated. ^^

I'll start it off with a poem I wrote April of this year; It's untitled, though.

Violent shrills,
Silent cries,
The tears streaming down
Blackened eyes.
The screams drown out
The despair and pain,
The smiles and laughter
Of those disdained.
Let us share the joy
Of pain inflicted
And share the malice
Of which we're convicted,
And let our blood stained hands
And let their blood stained lips
Remind us of our past
And happiness
Never granted.

I don't believe I need to explain it? :3
It rhymes a bit at the beginning, but I didn't really mean it to; it's more free verse, because that's the type of poems I tend to write.

seems like it descirbes a battle,maybe between humans and vampires?

I doubt it. ^^ Since the victims are bleeding from their mouths, and the hands of the murderers are bloody. I'd say it's a mass murder; basically people who have had hard childhoods [aka, happiness never granted] taking their anger out on innocent people.
