first of all, don't spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it...
second, yeah, you are over thinking it.

anyway,my post is up, and yes, I know the weapon name isn't japanese-ish I just like the sound of it. Shans may call it a segment sword, But I'm calling it a Blade whip,cuz it sounds cool.

yeah, but it breaks up differently... mine is like, broken up vertically, and detaches from the hilt. Yours is broken up horizontally so that it can be used as a whip... so it is kinda a different weapon...

and btw, it's an RP, not the real world

you don't see people that can fly in real life. So the laws of physics can be changed in an RP... just like in anime or fantasy!!!

Ok! With the help of a good friend, I finally figured out the names for my weapons. The name Life has something metaphorical about it, so I didn't choose to call it that just because of Whern's decision.

The names didn't have to be japanese right? I don't know what Life, Death, and Misery are in japanese...

Also, I know we are allowed to use 2 different weapons (but not at the same time), but are we allowed to own 3?

You can own as many as you like. But make sure it's not like you just make it and forget about it. But you can only carry 2 on you at one time and only the tournament has the 1 weapon restriction. If your attacked outside of the tournament, feel free to use the 2 weapons your carrying.
And no, you don't need japanese names, I just choose to cause that's the way i like it! Hebiken means viper edge btw...

Okay. Does anyone know the name of the weapon that is like a spear but the pole is broken up into 3 parts connected by chain (this seems to be a theme among our weapons...).

Also, I can only translations with Japanese lettering, unlike what you guys have. Does anyone know how I can translate 万能 into letter of the Roman alphabet. I'm not much of a Japanese (as in the language, not the ethnicity) person unlike most Manga readers I've met.

Well, I meant, "I can only get translations" and "letters of the Roman alphabet" but I think you got what I mean.
Anyway, I found it, "Bannou." Not quite as impressive as I was hoping for, but it works I guess.
That might not be it though, you can't trust some websites. It should mean "Omnipotent" or "All purpose."

Ahhh works had me so busy that I haven't had time to post here and now I don't know what to put! But yes, I would like to do that fight, so whenever I can figure out what to say I'll say it!
