(eh, might as well make this RP)
Just to let you all know, this RP is based of a game. I said based off, so it ain’t gunna be the same story, just same concepts.

It’s set in Wystern, a place known as the city of swords. This is where some of the greatest weapons in the world are forged. It also happens to be the place where craftknights are trained. Craftknights are individuals who forge weapons out of material found all over the place. Some materials can infuse the weapon with special powers. Any type of weapons from swords to axes can be made. As well as this, the craftknights are given the task to protect the city of swords so they are also required to be able to weild weapons they make. Weapons are sold off to countries far away to make profit for the craftknight.

In the events for the last few years which have been kept secret, one of the craftlords, which is a craftknight of a high class, was killed trying to seal away the spirit of darkness. A tournament is being held to see who will replace the craftlord and is only open to apprentices. There are many guilds through out Wystern and in order to become a craftknight, one joins these guilds. Also, craftknights have guardian creatures to help them forge the weapons, they can also help in battle.

Unknown to everyone, the tournament is being held for a reason other than to replace the craftlord and there’s a reason why only apprentices can enter.

Anyways, if you want to join, just fill out a character BIO like this:

Name: obviously the name
Age: how old your character is
Gender: Can it get anymore obvious
Rank: This is just apprentice or craftknight or master or craftlord
Weapon: you start with nothing if you’re an apprentice, otherwise, go ahead and make one
Weapon Type: like sword, axe, spear, staff, etc.
Weapon ability: can be none, but only applies once you have a weapon
Appearance: You know, what the character looks like
Guild: What guild is your character a part of
Guardian: name of guardian and it's appearance
Guardian element: determines type of battle attacks it will have, pick from fire, water, earth etc.
Text Color: you know what this is

I don't think I played the game this was based off of, seems like neverwinter nights for the guardian part, I think I'll give it a shot!

Appearance: Relatively tall with black hair and blue eyes. Long bangs obscure part of his face. Is dressed in robes similar to Red Mage, except they are a deep-violet colour and without the hat.

well yeah, the guardian bit will come later, cause apprentices arn't suppose to have it yet... :P they basically there to infuse magic into the weapons since humans arn't capable of doing this on their own... i'll wait for a bit to se who else joins.

"wha?" said Ayame getting up, yawning, with a discontent look on her face "Well, what is it mom?"

"Your gonna be late!"

"Late?"

"You know, the opening ceremony for the tournament is today."

"But that's not until 3:00pm, it's like 7 in the morning."

"Your master wants to see you, you need to make a new weapon for him."

"Fine!" said Ayame, draggin herself out of bed

====Few minutes later====

"Master, I'm here!" said Ayame

"What took you so long! Your our guild representative! Your suppose to make a good exa.."

"Just shut up and tell me why i'm here!" interrupted Ayame rudely

"How dare you yell at your mas..."

"I SAID SHUT UP!!! I GOT UP AT 7:00 AND I COULD HAVE BEEN SLEEPING RIGHT NOW!!" shouted Ayame, bringing her fist to the masters chest.

"Ow, that hurt, fine. I want you to go gather materials out of town. Your making your own weapon today and i'm not helping. I don't care if it's sword, mace or spear. But i'm not going to assist you."

"Who said I need your help anyways!" said Ayame as she walk out of the guild building.

RIN!!! the Master of the saphire guild yelled in an angry shout. Which caused Rin to run and fast.

You must build your own weapon today, without any help at all,If you don't do it 3:00 you won't make it to the tournament in time!
I know sir, that's why I've been working on a very special weapon in my spare time in the last few months.
You have? I guesss that would explain the midnight hammerings. How much work is left on it?In fact what is it?
Yes. Not much, and that's top secret, But I'm calling it the Ivy project.
Go on and finish your weapon then, it needs to be tested if it's a new kind of weapon.

Looking out of the window, Riku started to think about her family. The tears started to come, but Riku hold them back. Her parents both died from a fire that burned their house down. She was the only one that excaped and now with more time then ever, she lived in her master's house.

"Riku, please come here."
"Yes master."
"The time has came and you will need to build your weapon for the tournament today. Yet because you knew that you were going to go in it, you aready made your weapon. Right?
"Yes, I took the time to do it. Yet I still have to finish it off. Just need to increase the size a bit and then test it."

Turning the master of the Black Guild left and Riku went to get her weapon. With it, she walked out of the Guild to finish it. On the long walk, she started to remember her past. Tears ran down her face.

Aerial walked into the main chamber of the guild hall carrying an object wrapped heavily in cloth, and looking like a mess. She saw her brother and master waiting for her calmly.

"I hope you don't look like that at the tournament." The Master of the Amethyst guild said jokingly.
"I'll take a shower and a nap. What do you expect from somebody who's only gotten eight hours of sleep in the past three days?" Ariel huffed. "You could of at least given me some help!"
"And spoil the surprise for ourselves? Never!" Keith laughed.
"Whatever." she plopped the cloth-covered object on the table at which Keith and her master were sitting. Despite her fatigue, Ariel could not suppress a welling feeling of excitement and pride as she unwrapped the cloth. "Here it is! The Kazeken!"

Ayame was walking back from out of town with materials in hand "OK, let's see, iron ore, hurricane essence, a jade shard... hmmm, i wonder how i'm going to make a weapon... i wonder what i'm going to make anyways.... hmmmmm" Ayame walked into the guild building "Hello? Master? Are you there?"

She got no reply "eh, he must be goofing off somewhere" she said aloud, she grabbed her hammer and began to work on her weapon.

Erix wakes up to the sound of birds chirping in the tree he decided to sleep in. Groaning, he rolls over and crashes onto the ground. "Ouch!" Muttering something about birds, he pats the dirt off of his guild clothes, picks up his strange lumpy dark bag, and starts walking into the main building.
"There you are Erix!"
Turning around, Erix sees his master running towards him.
"Hello Master, what's with the rush?"
"The tournament is today! Did you finish that weapon you said you were working on?" He asks.
Grinning, Erix nods and puts the dark sack on the ground. He opens the bag just enough for the Master to see it and hears him gasp!
"What...what are those?! Those aren't weapons! What have you been doing all this time?!"
Erix closes the bag, throws it on his back, and starts walking towards the main building again. "These are my weapons, don't doubt that. You'll see the potential for what I've created soon enough..."

"I suspect you'll be at least following the Guild traditions with it?"

"But of corse. Wouldn't be much point."

"Well I'll leave you be to finish. And best luck."

*clang* "phew, almost done her" she said

"Ah, so your done!!" yelled her master loudly, this startled Ayame.

"Oh, it's you" said Ayame, then turning her back to her master to complete her weapon.

====few minutes later====

"It's done!!" said Ayame, souding quite satisfied

"Uh, looks pretty good i guess" said her master

"Well, now i'm ready for the tournament!"
