No, it means we don't know yet and you're going to have to wait and find out if it does or not. I do not and will not disclose the attacks learned by an IPA until one has reached the necessary level.

As I have said on more than one occasion... I'm not using D/P Pokemon yet because:
1. I'm not used to the sprite style yet. On top of that, I just don't like it as much as R/S.
2. The evolution methods are crazy.
3. Swapi and Magneduo. Togepi and Magnemite got a third stage, Swablu and Doduo didn't. What am I supposed to do with them?
