I see what's going on here. Pikachu-numbers- is Cheezdude. He made a new account so he could insult everyone and get away with it. He's even trying to make himself look like some kind of hero by telling himself what he did wrong. Notice how he's attacking the people Cheezdude thinks are 'mean'? The post Cheezdude made while signed in as Pikachu could certainly be counted as evidence.
Also. Signing every post = dead giveaway.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
