I suppose Palkia and Dialga would come after Arceus, then Groudon, Rayquaza, and Kyogre.

Because Palkia and Dialga created space and time respectively, and Groudon, Rayquaza, and Kyogre probably created whatever planet the Pokemon games take place on.

The group legendaries probably are there to watch over each region (legendary birds for Kanto, regis for Hoenn, etc.).

Celebi could be any pretty much anywhere in the time-line; after all, it is the time travel Pokemon.

Mew, like Josiah said, would probably be one of the oldest, and Mewtwo would be the most recent.

Manaphy would be lumped with the guardian legendaries, being guardian of the sea or something...

And I have absolutely no idea where to put Jirachi....

Jirachi would be after manaphy and deoxyes would probably be right before mewtwo, because it arived on earth 5 years ago in poketime.

Remember, Deoxis came from space, we don't know about pokemon not from this world. Who knows how long it's been around. Same with the Celfairy line.

I can't believe you guys are neglecting poor Lugia and Ho-oh! We can assume they're pretty old as far as legendaries go... I'd put 'em right after Groudon and Kyogre, since, well, they had to be there to shape the earth and everything. And obviously, Raikou, Suicune, and Entei came shortly after Ho-oh...

Sorry, and your probably right. If not, I'd have to lump Ho-Oh and Lugia in with the guardian legendaries.

Deoxys isn't exactly from space... It's the result of a space virus that was on a meteor mutating into a pokémon after said meteor crashed into the ground. As such, it could be very old or very new depending on when the meteor hit.

well, i put deoxys 5 years before mewtwo because thats when we saw the deoxys we all know and (hoppfully) love.
And don't forget girratana and cressilia! girratana (whatever it's spelled) lives in an alternate demention, so it could be as old as Dialga and Palkia or older, but younger then mew and arceus. cressilia (whatever it's spelled) has to be lumped in the gardeon section, along with latios and latias.

Oh, almost forgot. Phione! eventhough some might not consider it a legendiary, it was made from one, so it could have been made after the gardeon pokemon, but before all the other pokemon

What was the first non-ledgendary pokemon ceated (in the pokeworld)? Second? Third? Etc?

Probably the Pokemon you get from fossils, such as Kabuto, Aerodactyl, and Shieldon. Rock, Water and Steel types would probably be the oldest types of Pokemon, with Bug and Grass types coming in a little bit after. Psychic I'm guessing is the most recent type to evolve.

Probably the fossil pokémon and relincatch. I wouldn't say psychic is the most recent though, considering that mew is psychic.
