((Yeah, I just finished it too. And I have this to say: Quilt FTW!))
So anyway, it's now my turn to post a comic... and I am going to force you all to read COMEDITY! Because it's the best.
The first, aheh, 50 or so comics are mostly just single-comic nonsense, but they're funny. We got some things that remotely resemble story arcs later... but it's still really just a comedy comic, as the name implies. Would you expect anything else from Silver?
And the art is good. Of course, as with all comics, it gets better as you go, but even the earlier strips aren't bad if you ask me. Then again I've never been very picky about art...
And I'd just like to point out this strip here because:
1. It's the beginning of the best story arc thing evur.
2. It's classic Comedity.
3. It references alliteration, which, after reading Domic Deegan, I'm sure you're all quite sick of... speaking of Dominic Deegan, since it seems some of you read all the way through, remember seeing this picture? That would be the work of Garth Graham. You know, the one responsible for Comedity.
4. Well, I thought it was cool that our two featured comic-type artistsknow each other.
5. Capes.
6. CAPES!
Comedity!

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I read over a hundred already and i have this say THIS is one of the funniest I read.
Plus Karen's cool outfit for when she wanted to take over the world FTW
The only thing I have against the comic is that they have a penguin. So many comics have them, it's just, over used now :/

Yeah, penguins are rather popular, but this comic started before that was the case. Since it only updates once a week - and there have been quite a few interuptions - it's older than the number of strips would lead one to believe. Older than most of the penguin infested copycats.Celebifly wrote:The only thing I have against the comic is that they have a penguin. So many comics have them, it's just, over used now :/

Phew, I managed to get my test written and the 5 page essay done, so I can actually read the webcomic for a bit! (then I get to type up handouts for 3 seminars
)
Anyways back on topic, this webcomic is hilarious :D
So far, my top 3 favourite strips are: http://www.comedity.com/index.php?strip_id=50 http://www.comedity.com/index.php?strip_id=76 and http://www.comedity.com/index.php?strip_id=61

Well instead of typing basically the same thing, I agree with Josiah. Although my fav strips so far are strips 8 and 133, because 133 is cool and so are penguins even if they are overly used nowdays. Although you gotta love Ramon, he is cool.
Redback, Funnel-Web, Blue-ringed octopus
Taipan, Tigersnake and a Box jellyfish
Stonefish and the poison thing that lives in a shell
That spikes you when you pick it up
