The golden rope is cause I had a GPA of 3.9 or higher (3.97 actually) and the little gold pin (which in kinda hard to see in this photo) is my Alpha Beta Kappa pin (which I got for getting a GPA over 3.5).

Right. I'm sure most of you have probably heard about the kitten we've adopted over the weekend by now, but for those of you who haven't, I'll tell you the whole story. See this little guy's mother left him on our doorstep. And now we're taking care of him and making sure he's okay. And because he's probably the only one of his litter to survive birth, we've named him after the Ultimate Coordinator, Kira Yamato of Gundam Seed fame.
