since MK isn't posting, "and I would've gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling [forum goers] and your [voting]!"
Hmm... This signature just got really short...

I guess we won then? Well not me cause I'm dead... Anyway, I have a suggestion for the next round that I'd like everyone to consider.
Right now everyone just posts their votes and then the narrater announces what happens. I was thinking it might be more interesting if we had a set amount of time to vote (say a day or two) and during that time we could try to convince each othe to vote a certain way. Stuff like "I'm the spy so I know Neo did it!" or "Don't vote for me, I'm the doctor!" That way we'd have some time to try and convince, or deceive everyone else before casting our final votes. So what do you think?

Well, we should definitely have time to try to change people's minds - a little while to discuss before we cast definite votes - however... we shouldn't be allowed to say if we're the doctor, spy, or whatever. (I was the spy last round, by the way - that's why I always voted for someone different. My guesses kept being proved innocent XD) That would just make it too easy. If the spy could come in and say, "I'm the spy, he did it!" then everyone would vote for that person and it'd be over too fast. It would still take a bit of luck on the Spy's part, but the way it is now, it takes a but of luck AND a bit of... being able to convince everyone else.
I mean, I don't know WHY the Spy and the Doctor would want to keep their identities secret, but it does add a bit to the game, I think.
By the way - I hereby volunteer to narrate next round, just for the heck of it.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

That is the whole point of the game indeed.Josiah wrote:You have a point Silver but... I never said people had to tell the truth about if they were the doctor or the spy... But yeah, either way some time to try and change people's minds would be good.
Manipulate your enemies...plot against your allies...and come out on top: anyone can say they're the spy and accuse Silver of being the Mafia.
I was Doc last round btw.

A discussion before the final vote would indeed make the game more interesting.

Aye, I'll do it again.
Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:
Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.
Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:
Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

All right... this is probably dangerous, but I'm going to assume Neo is in again and start the round. You will all be PM'd shortly.

One day, Little Red Poik Hood was skipping merrily through the forest, heading towards his grandmother's house with a basket of fresh posts. When he arrived, he noticed something awfully strange about his grandmother. Like that she had a chainsaw and was kind of cutting him into tiny bits.
The other people in the area, fearing that they would become victims of a blatant Texas Chainsaw massacre rip-off, decided to get rid of someone before that happened.
So, who's Poik's grandma? I mean, who killed Poik?
