"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

One day, in the town of "Namenotimportant", the sun came up as it usually did, and the happy townsfolk all woke up from their good night's sleep. One, though, was about to meet a surprise...
Young Josiah brushed his teeth, had his breakfast, and was leaving for school. When he opened the door, an anvil fell from the sky!
Luckily, the day before, The doctor had visited Josiah, and advised him to wear a hard helmet.
The hard helmet saved his life. After school, Josiah and the other townsfolk that actually mean anything met in the city council room, to discuss what happened. Josiah still wore that silly mining helmet.
