Does Rough Skin actually hit against Wing Attack? I was under the impression that Wing Attack didn't actually involve touching the opponent...

They get their last attack at 25 wins; 30 is the IPA equivalent of level 100, meaning that they won't get stronger at all after that.Sweet just one more win... Oh, I've been meaning to ask, at how many wins do IPs stop learning new attacks? I'm just wondering how far I should try to "level" my team.
