Well, I guess I'll post my comic now. Because of holidays and all that, I'll give everyone until the 3rd (that's a week from this coming wednesday) to read it.

The comic of the week (or week and a half) is Order of the Stick. However, there's a bunch of different stuff on the site so you may just want to go to the first comic.
Plot Summary: A party of adventures in a Dungeons and Dragons fantasy world. They start off on a quest to make it through a huge dungeon to defeat the undead wizard who killed Roy's (the party leader) father but it eventually grows into something a lot bigger. There's a decent story here but the comic is mostly humor based. Some of the first few strips are a little hit or miss but after that it's pretty much all good.
Art: OOTS uses an intersting art style that can best be described as cartoon stick figures (trust me, it looks a lot better than it sounds). The art starts out good and gets better as time goes on.
Things to Know: Since the comic is based on D&D a little knowledge of the D&D system is helpful, although not neccessary to get most of the strips. Basically, it's an RPG system. All you really need to know it that nearly every action you take (including spotting and hearing things) involves rolling dice and using the result along with your character stats to determin what happens (for example how much damage you do with an attack or if you see that giant spike pit you're about to walk into). In general, the higher the roll the better.
Favorite Strips: There's a lot of good ones but I think this one is pretty funny. Probably my favorite strip is the one right after this one but you have to read the one I linked to to know what's going on. And this one is an amusing take on an old joke.[/url]

OK, SO. We need some revival here. You should have enough time in 3 weeks to read 50 comics, even if there is a bit more to each page in this one than in many others. So if you still haven't had time... you really need a vacation.

Well, I quite enjoyed the comic, despite knowing very little (read: nothing) about D&D... It's funny no matter how you look at it, and even early on the art doesn't take away from the comic.

Particular strips... well, I'll just mention this one and leave it at that. Because it's funny and it mentions the chimera (Hey, at least I didn't link to the one with the chimera in it!)
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Yeah, seems every time I tried to revive this, stuff happened. New members would be good though.

Ok, the Web Comic of the Week Club will officially be revived on Wednesday. Since it's been inactive for so long, I'd like everyone who is joining / rejoining to post here so I can make a new schedule.
