EDIT: Crap, Ninja'd. Well, That's an easy one. Gaara can kill anything. (And for the record, Mugen > Spike)
Zoro (One Piece) or Zorro (You know, the Spanish hero)?

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

TIGEEER! Tiger could kick a MIghtyena's butt any day of the week. On top of not having pwnful Wind powers, Mightyenas need a more than likely stupid trainer to tell them what to do.
Chopper (One Piece) or Barry the Chopper (Fullmetal Alchemist)?

Fighting Fire with Fire, huh? I think ACE (NOT.TRACE. Darn you, 4kids! That name change didn't even make sense!) would win there, just because Roy's fire couldn't hurt him at all where as Roy could still be burned.
Buggy the Clown (One Piece) or Shino Aburame (Naruto)?

Chidori > ballet. (It... also doesn't help that the One Piece dub is on right now, and I doubt I'll ever forgive Bon Clay for his voice actor.)
Crocrodile (One Piece) or Gaara (Naruto)?

(I was about to ask that before editing it to my Kakashi/Bon Clay matchup!)
Gaara. Crocodile may be able to turn his whole body into sand, but Gaara CONTROLS sand. He flings Crocodile all over the place in the same way Magneto would Wolverine, further proving WHY he's the kazekage.
Kiba (Naruto) or Koga (Inuyasha)?

I'm gonna go with Kiba, cause he has Akamaru to help him, and cool ninja moves. While (from what I've seen) Koga has a habbet of running away if things tend to look bad.

Redback, Funnel-Web, Blue-ringed octopus
Taipan, Tigersnake and a Box jellyfish
Stonefish and the poison thing that lives in a shell
That spikes you when you pick it up
