"Hmm...", Nadira began sifting through the thoughts in her mind. "Nirak might know something about powerful rich groups who might be funding Necrid. He seems like the type to associate with that kind of people. I'm beginning to wish he hadn't left now. He might have been a source of information and the commotion wouldn't have happened." Little did anyone know that Nadira had slipped a small communicator into Nirak's pocket the last time she had seen him. She was certain he'd leave sooner or later and thus the communicator insured contact with him, whether he knew it or not. Although, she'd have to wait until she was alone again to use it.

His apprentices had all been lost. Betrayal...
Necrid wasn't fond of it. He walked to the window of his ship, looking out into space. He turned around, looking at 3 more of his sith knights. These were loyal, faithful knights. They followed Necrid only because they feared him. He strolled casually toward them, stopping in between the 3.
"Bring me the girl. Alive. Leave none else standing."
After he said this, the knights all saluted, and walked off to their ships.
"Nadira will be my apprentice... I'll make sure of it..."
He began walking the halls of his ship once more.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nirak deactivated his lightsaber as the mercenary fell to the ground.
"Rookie."
He looked around the planet he was on, and yawned, sighing.
"Booring... I haven't had a job in a while... There must be something to do..."
He crossed his arms.

*Leaving the others, Thane went to find his quarters. He needed to be rested for tomorrow's meeting. He hoped that he'd be able to convince a large number of rebels to aid him but, as history had show, sometimes a small but dedicated group made all the difference. At last, after much thought, he dropped off into a light sleep.*

Necrid was sitting in his throne, meditating. A soldier peeked in slowly.
"Um... sir...?" the soldier said softly, hoping he wouldn't irritate the master. Everyone on the ship feared him.
One of Necrid's eyes slowly opened. "What." He replied.
"I... think we found the man your looking for..." The soldier responded quickly.
"Bring him up on screen." Necrid barked out.
The soldier saluted, and ran back to the control room. A large vid screen appeared in front of Necrid. The figure of Nirak was standing in the middle of a town, dozens of dead guards around him.
"He's perfect..." Necrid hissed out.

Nadira exscused herself after Thane had left. She rounded a corner and stood in a deserted hallway. Slowly, she pulled the communicator from her pocket. "Hello, Nirak. I bet you'll never guess who's calling.", she said into the device.

He stopped moving, hearing a voice come out of nowhere. A voice he had hoped not to hear again, at least no for awhile. He sighed, reached for the location of the voice, and pulled out the communicator. He pressed the button, speaking harshly.
"Give me one good reason not to trash this thing."

"Calm down. I wouldn't have called you unless I wanted your help. No one knows that I'm in contact with you.", Nadira explained in a drawl. She leaned against the wall, searching outwardly with the Force to ensure no one would sneak up on her and overhear. "Do you know of any groups that might be funding the Sith in their attacks on the Jedi?", she asked in a more serious tone.

Nadira frowned at the communicator and then sighed. "He was only mad because I pulled one over on him.", she said to herself. She then used a surge of the force to crush the communicator and make sure that it was now inoperative. Knowing Nirak had simply dropped the other communicator, she was paranoid that someone else would pick it up, perhaps an enemy, and track the signal of her com to their location. This was a foolish mistake Nadira would not allow herself to make.

*The next day.*
"And that is what we know so far." *Thane addressed a large group of rebel soldiers and other people who happened to be in the base.* "This Sith lord represents a threat as great as, if not greater, than any other force in the universe. I know you all have other jobs and responsibilites, I know your battles are also important. But, if any of you feel led to join with me against this threat, I would appreciate the assitence. May the force be with you." *He strode off the podium to where Nadira was waiting. Now he just had to see who, if any, would answer the call.*

"Well, gee, had no idea that the jedi were so eloquent." said Wonkit, who really didn't care for formality of silence in this sort of thing. "But I'll tell you this." he started to walk over. He was not sitting, because there were no chairs for dugs, "I, personally, have no more jobs to do. And, well, I kinda screwed up my last job for the hutts. I figure this could be a good way to get them off my back, considering even the hutts don't ask for payments from dead people." he chuckled. "I suppose I can join you."
Klank nodded in aggreement and followed Wonkit. He wasn't much of a big talker.

(I'm going to introduce a new character to this. So I can have a goodie 2-shoes.
Name: Ryan Keldor
Age: 23
Status: Sniper
Classification: Human
Affiliation: Rebel
Weapons: Dual Pistols, and a long-range sniper rifle
Garments: Rebel Outfit. Non-descriptive. Deal with it.
Speech text: Teal
Bio: A very accurate sniper. Rarely misses.
Personality: Laid back, but ready when needed.)
Among the actual rebel soldiers, the first to react was Ryan. He stood up, and held his pistol high. "I will aid you in any way I can, sir Jedi." The other soldiers watched him carefully, wondering if he had gone crazy.

Nadira pushed away from the wall as Thane came back over. "It seems only three rebels thus far are willing to help us. It is more than I thought would help.", she said softly. Nadira was not really so fond of Wonkit, but she would put up with him. Her feelings towards Klank were neutral. The other rebel soldier who'd volunteered himself caught her slight interest.

"Sometimes it only takes a few to make a large difference." *Thane replied.* "I thank all of your for your willingness to help. Since we have a ship and pilots," *he nodded towards Klank and Wonkit,* "we should leave as soon as possible. Pack your things and do whatever needs to be done then meet me in the hanger."

The soldier saluted, and made his way to his quarters, where a few of his friends were waiting for him.
"Are you crazy?"
"Yeah! Have you seen what kind of things Jedis have to do?"
"I don't care. I want to help in this war any way possible." He replied to the group, gathering his things in his bag.
"Look... We know your one of the top soldiers, but there's no way you can make it through this."
"I have to try." He said to his comrades as he exitted the room. These would probably be the last words he'd ever say to them. The soldier made his way towards the hangar.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nirak yawned as he deactivated his lightsaber. Guards were never fun, because they were too easy. Though, things were a little different now as Nirak slumped to the floor.
The soldier of Necrid dropped the metal pole, and drug the KO'd Nirak to his ship.
