"Real original nicknames you have there." *Glenn muttered as the fight began. He fully intended to watch the entire battle but soon get distracted by the Caterpie that Anette had been trying to get out of the tree. So, instead of watching the battle he watched the caterpie while it watched the battle.*

"All right! Go, Beedrill and Ninjask! Which I do believe were mentioned in the last post! ...Er, start of with Fury Attack, both of you! Attack the Ponyta - we don't have a chance if that one gets too many chances to attack!!" Anette said, just kind of breaking the fourth wall.
"A Beedrill and a Ninjask... seeing them right next to each other makes it even more apparent that they ran out of ideas a long time ago."

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

"Cat and Fire Horse use Growl to lower there attack!"
Both Meowth and Ponyta let out a loud growl that really cut down the attack power of both Bug's. Now Neo would have abit easyer time since their attacks wouldn't be nearly so effective.

Rhianna watched the battle curiously, stroking Skye's head feathers. She was seated on the floor near the battle, but not so close she'd get hit by any attacks that missed. The bird was crooning softly and rubbing her head against her trainer's hand, sometimes presnting a particular area to be scratched. The girl smiled, studying the gym leader's Pokemon. With both Skye and Flare, she shouldn't have much of a problem...

"Don't let a couple of cute growling things hold you back; use Twineedle this time, Beedrill, and Ninjask, Fury Cutter! Keep attacking the Ponyta!"

Anette's Ninjask was already nearly unconscious after only one super-effective attack, but one Pay Day wasn't enough to slow her Beedrill down - it was the higher level of the two, anyway.
"Hang in there guys; do just what you did last time - Twineedle and Fury Cutter on the Ponyta witha boring nickname!"

"Ok, Cat use another Growl! Fire Horse use Ember on the Beedrill!"
Neo knew this battle wouldn't last much longer. Both the Twineedle and Fury Cutter were bug attacks and not very effective aginst fire, not to mention that 3 growl attacks had greatly reduced the attack power of them to be even less effective.

"Beedrill! All right, it's all up to you, Ninjask... Fury Cutter!" the gym leader called after her Beedrill had passed out and returned to its Pokeball.
"Must... resist... spelling correcting impulses... not... resisting... well..."
"...What?"
"Neo's been typing 'Grow' instead of 'Growl'!"
"Well, there goes the fourth wall..."

Anette's Ninjask fainted and returned to its Pokeball. "Aw... well, I guess I didn't have a chance against a fire type. Here's your badge... and who's next?" she asked, putting the Pkeballs of her Ninjask and Beedrill away and readying those of her Heracross and Shuckle.

((Well, it doesn't really matter to me, but considering that we've been in this gym since like November, it would probably be a good idea to save as much time as possible...))
Anette's Heracross and Shuckle appeared shortly after Glenn's Pokemon did, and the battle began. "A water type and an electric type, huh? This should be interesting... and a little less one sided than the last battle."
((And you would probably get first attack here.))

"Let's start with the shuckle. Jolteon, Double Kick. Staryu, Water Gun!" *The two attacks struck the Shuckle which seemed completely undestrubed thanks to its rediculously high defense.*
"Heracross, we'll take that Staryu down with a powerful bug attack and... Oh wait, you don't know any yet... So, uh, hit it with horn attack! And Shuckle, um, Bide since you really don't have any attack power."
"Better try and finish it before that Bide kicks in. Use Double Kick and Water Gun again!"
"Horn attack again!" *Anette called as Shuckle continued to Bide.*
"Just do what I said before." *Glenn was getting tired of calling out the same attack names over and over.*
"Oh no, Shuckle!" *Anette cried as Water Gun got a critical hit, KOing her pokémon.* "Horn attack Heracross!"
*Unfortunately, Horn Attack also got a critical hit, leaving Staryu in pretty bad shape.* "Staryu return, go Ivysaur! Jolteon, Thundershock on the Heracross!"
"A grass type? Ok Heracross time for a bug...oh wait, you still don't know any. Just keep using Horn Attack I guess."
"Thundershock and...Razor Leaf!" *Glenn decided.* "And keep doing that until we win."
*A few minutes later.*
"Here's your badge." *Anette sighed.* "Made after this I should take a vacation and level up my pokémon a bit..."

"Ok, guess I'll fight next."
"I see a flying type... darn."
"Yeah, heh, sorry, but I've kind of got two of them."
"...Great. Well, let's get this over with... Go, Ariados and Volbeat!"
"I kind of feel bad about this, but get on out there, Gulliver and Twister! Use Wing Attack and Gust - you know who you are - and attack the Volbeat, because those things bother me for some reason."
The joint attack was enough to take the Volbeat out, thanks to a critical hit on Gulliver's part. "...Return, Volbeat... and Ariados, Night Shade on the Wingull!"
"Wing Attack and Gust again!"
The Ariados managed to stay standing, although just barely. "Well... use Night Shade again and then just... wait for certain death."
"I know this is really cheap, but... use the same attacks one more time."
The Ariados collapsed and return to its Pokeball. "Darn Bug types and their common weaknesses... well, here's your bade. And catch some darn non-flying types!"
