My brother's not so bad... he spends most of his time annoying my sister. It's fun to spy on them sometimes. And I am now officially a Mewtwo! 500th post, w00t!
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I got a problem.
I like to think of myself as a nice guy with an open mind and I try to see the best in everyone. I will try to get allong with anyone if i need to, but sometimes it's a bit difficult.

For example;
I work in anursing home where most of the staff are good people and take their jobs seriously. I get on with these people fine. But, there is one guy there who has an attitude and manner about him that makes me want to kill him slowly and chop him into little bits. He's rude, arrogant and think's he knows best, even when people complain about him.
I have to work with this little git more than i'd like to, and despite the way i feel about him, I strive to get along with him as best i can so as not to hinder my work.
Damn.
If this goes on, i'm gonna either seriously hurt him or myself.
I've tried talking to him about his attitude and behaviour, but he think's there's nothing wrong with it. He won't listen to anyone.

So, anyone here had a similar problem? Any ideas on how i can get through to this jerk befor someone has to bleed?
Ta.

Have you tried talking to your supervisors? Perhaps they can arrange a situation where you don't have to work around him.

Then i told them to go away, and then THEY get on the other phone and start making noises. So I tell her I call her back, I yell at them, then I call back, and one of them starts imatating my voice. THEN, over the noise, I can make out Stacy saying she has a doctors appointment on Saturday. I got REALLY ******* ANNOYED, and yelled at them so more, but they woudn't fess up about who did the voice imatation, and I think she just made that up for some reason cause of them. So I called her back when i got home to appologize for what happened, she tells me again about the Doctor appointment, so I say Yes and we both hang-up.

So In summary...**** YOU MIA **** YOU TAYLOR **** YOU RACHEL.

Trust me when I say this. There will come a day when you'll want to spend time with your sister. My brother and I used to fight all the time. Now it's like we're the best of friends. You should cherish the time you have together because it won't last forever.
That had to do with my Girlfriend, not my sister. ??'

Yeah, i've tried that, problem is, for some reason, only the people who work with him get to know what a complete ass he is, and the bosses either don't seem to give a damn, or they have better things to do with their time.
I'm thinking that if he keeps this up, i might have to resort to dealing him some kind of psychological damage, like... oh i don't know, get so close to him that it freaks him out and he want's nothing to do with me. Any suggestions?

Nothing that will end in a harrassment lawsuit.

....Bugger. Oh well, it may go against my sweeter than chocholate nature, but i'll have to let him know just how it feels to work with a complete as*hole. I'm gonna treat him like he treats others, and if that fails, i'll rally the other staff to enitiate.... a lockout. We'll all either totally ignore him, or treat him like a 2 year old untill he gets the message.
Is that going a bit too far?

Ignoring him sounds good to me. I wish I had that kind of willpower. I would have resorted to violence by now. I'm a friggen hothead!

Ignoring people works pretty well. But you should still try to avoid him.

hmmmm, it seems he dug himself into a hole. His behavior has gotten him fired.
It seems things do work out right after all.
