"Come on Sharkan! Hang in there!" Opal yelled. "Use Water Pistol at the head!"

Sharkan jumped back and started to shoot all his water pistols at Lidefi's head.

((I know that, I never said the match was over. It was overconfidence))

All of the water attacks connected, damaging Lidefi. Kiyaru looked at his watch: Head-56% Percent Damage.

"I'm not losing again!!" said Kiyaru "Lidefi, Glass wing as high as you can." *Lidefi flew high into the air, out of sight.*

"Sharkan, Water Pump" said Opal

*Sharkan followed orders, he fired towards Lidefi*

"Lidefi, drop down with Pillar of Fire" said Kiyaru

*Lidefi met with the blast of water causing steam to explode around the arena*

*The arena was covered in steam and both Medafighters waited for the steam to go down*

Opal covered her face from the stream with her face. She knew Sharkan could take the heat since he was use to water.
"Sharkan, know's our chance! Keen Eye then hyper kick." She whispered into her watch.

Sharkan located Lidefi in the steam and used Hyper Kick, hitting him square in the chest, them disappeared into the steam.

*Flashcon was knocked back by the first hit but, thanks to Foresight, it didn't take too much damage.* "So, you've got some speed." *Gyro was calm.* "Too bad it won't help! Flashcon, Air Raid, let's see what he does when he can't reach you!" *Flashcon flew up into the air and hovered above the battelfiend.* "Now, Sparkler Blaster!"

Wally sighed. People would never learn. "Use lock on I suppose, then Ninja star." As usual, the large Ninja star blocked most of the blast, sending only a small portion towards ninjutsu, causing some minor damage. Now, leap and use acceleration. Let's see what he thinks when we can reach him...."
Ninjutsu leaped high into the air, he was a ninja after al. He was a bit higher then Flashcon. he then used acceleration...and seemed to run on the air. He only decended a small bit, because his blade arms, which fused together, worked as a glider, so he was gliding through the air very fast. his feet were not moving since he was in the air. He was headed towards flashcon again, still travelling quickly.

One of the crecent blasts flew into the tree Ryu and Socrates was hiding in, forcing both Medabot and Medafighter to leap away and onto the roof.

"Close call..."

Socrates nodded.

Ryu and Socrates discreetly made their way off the roof and made a convincing attempt to look like they were just passing by. The hope was that they would leave the cafe property without being noticed.

Wrong.

A few kids watching the robattles looked over their shoulders and started pointing. A few more took notice and started talking or investigating. Ryu and Socrates just kept walking, but eventually a crowd blocked their way.

"Blast..." Ryu muttered.

"Is it him?" one of the curious 10-year-olds asked.

"Can't be." said another, "The guy's been missing for years."

"Yeah... maybe he just looks like him..."

Ryu just nodded, "Yeah. I'm not who you think I am. I just need to go home, that's all... HEY!"

Another younger kid had grabbed Ryu by the left wrist and looked at the medawatch... then backed away.

"It's him, alright."

The small crowd looked at the assertive kid.

"Look at his medawatch!" the kid announced, "He's the only one who has that Chimera insignia engraved on it! It's Ryu Maunu!"

The crowd took one step back.

Murmuring rippled through the entourage while Ryu cursed inwardly. "I was trying to avoid this... this life..."

Ryu looked up and tried being polite. "Let me through, please." he asked the crowd

The crowd parted and let Ryu through...

(Okay... I'm leaving this kinda open ended. I do expect getting challenged, but I might break it off early due to another plot twist I have in mind...)

Sharkan got up headed towards Lidefi "OK Sharkan, do a hyper kick"

"Lidefi, Block with your Celestial Cresent" said Kiyaru

Both Medabots collided and were both sent backwards. Both Medabots collapesed and the battle ended with a tie.

Kiyaru went and repaired the damage done from the battle. After he had done this he out of the go-kart place. <Is that all I can do. Am I just some kid that can't do nothing> he thought to himself. Unfortunately, whilst running he collided with Ryu.

Ryu helped the boy who collided into him back up.

"Be careful where you're running, man." Ryu said with a forgiving smile, then continued walking away.

He blinked. He noticed all the clatter of the kid that had talked to him earlier. He was popular or something?

*Gyro was momentarily taken aback by Ninjutsu's gliding trick but he recovered quickly.* "So you can hover, big deal. You can't match Flashcon's speed or maneuverability in the air, you're just an easy target now!" *Flashcon zipped to the side, well away from Ninjutsu's blades, and flew in a quick zigzag pattern.* "Sparkler Blaster!" *Hearing a commotion, Gyro looked over to the see the boy that had defeated him earlier. His expression hardened. There was nothing he wanted more than to crush that over confident medafighter. However, until he had the gravity well arm there was nothing he could do.*

"Okay, so you dodged the attack. Why didn't I see that coming?" said Wally. "Oh right, I forgot, I did. Ninjutsu you know what to do." Wally, of course, was bluffing. He had expected the dodge, but he had no idea how Ninjutsu would react. He could only hope that it went well.

Ninjutsu instantly cut off acceleratino, dropping to the ground with a landing only a ninja could pull off. He locked on to the sparkler blaster and ran out of the way, the blast hitting a rock.

"Good job. Now use paralyze dart, I think that should work well." Called Wally.

Ninjutsu shot a paralyzation dart at at the flying Flashcon's torso.

Ryu was quiet for a bit. He looked around at the crowd who was expecting the answer to that very question.

The young Medafighter lowered his head slightly and looked sideways at his loyal Medabot. Socrates looked back and nodded.

"I had my own reasons for leaving my place in the spotlight, Kiyaru." Ryu finally spoke, his voice quiet, "Let's leave it at that."
