I really think that the amount of modding on a board really determines it's popularity you can look at mine and obvoiusly see that without a main admin there has been no one joining the board another part of this is the fact that admins talk to eachother to attract mebers thinking that the board is awesome because the admins are very active and they would really like to see you join the board and they would pay attention to your every need and talk to you about your relationships and stuff the world is cheese. :-=
