Mari blinked. "Uh, anyone have hot water? I have a feeling that-" she pointed at the druid, "isn't his...her...normal form." She scratched her head. "Hard to tell what gender someone is before they get transformed."

Midoriko nodded and filled a bottle of water with water from the hot spring they had just bathed in, she threw the bottle to Mari.
"that should be hot enough!"

(Man I should post now before I like, totally forget.)

"Huh?" Toast looked up as it begain to rain. "ACK! NO!" She yelled as she turned into a Druid. "I-I-I hope those people I hear are nice." She shivered, hanging onto dear life to her staff.

Jasper rolled his eyes.

"Might as well ask them for hot water. I just hope I won't be bothering them." She gulped, taking baby steps towards them.

(Random fact! Adult Pandas bleet like Sheeps! Baaaaaaaa!)

Midoriko wondered over to the others. Her attention was distracted when it began to rain. She wasn't quick enough, and she transformed into the priestess ((in full view of you Opal))

"O great...we just changed back in the hot spring!"

It had stoped raining enough for the group to relax abit. Qutar from a slight distance from the group saw what had been happening. Lucky he didn't need to go back into the hot springs since he was still human. He had wondered over the group to see more better. He begain to talk to afew of them. Then without warning it begain to rain again. Qutar wasn't quick enough to get his hood back on and soon a cat came crawing out from under the clothing and rain coat.

"Great. Just great. I'm never going to get myself dried off.", said Qutar out loud. Qutar sat on his clothing and begain to meow.

Midoriko picked up the cat and began to dry it of using the edge of her clothing
"Its monsune season here...I have a feeling its going to rain alot"

"Well, nice of you to help. Ya, just our luck that this happens to be the rainy season. I wonder if one were to wait, they could be transformed back?"

Midoriko thought for a moment
"I have heard that sometimes the rain is warm here. I suggest we set up camp near the hot spring and wait till it clear up, then change back and carry on to the village."
She began to unconsciously tickle the cat behind the ears.

Qutar just sayed in Midoriko's arms. He liked the warmth of them. It was still raining abit but he didn't mind. She begain to scratch behind his ears. For an odd reason, it felt good to him. Unknowingly he begain to pur softly. He suprised himself when he did this as he didn't know how he was doing it. But he didn't mind. Currently, despite being wet, he was a peace.

Dase sat away from the group, watching them like a sentinel guard and sulking in the rain. He didn't understand why he felt so comfortable as a half-dragon... why he embraced this new life so quickly. Maybe it was because he had next to nothing about his human past to recall... And his guardian instinct was incredibly overwhelming in this form...

At the least, everyone was safe and happy for the time being... if not a little soaked.

The rains were dying down, and the group got ready for the next day's travel. Dase didn't bother changing back to his human form as he thought his beast-form could handle any luggage that a companion would drop if they were to change into small animals again.

As the group continued their trek, Dase took note of his surroundings.

Why did this area seem so familiar?

Slowly and surely (more like all night), the Druid tippy toed over to the group.

"Hel-hel-hello." She gulped, shivering a little. "Do you, do you have any hot water?" Toast whispered. "I need some..." Her voice trailed off.

Coming up beside her was Jasper, shaking off some water from his fur.
<<Oh PLEASE tell me you have some....>> He thought, then started to pick at the ground for bugs.

Dase just eyed the druid then pointed at the hot spring his companions were sleeping nearby.

"... No... do you have any with you?"

Dase rolled his eyes and held up the thermos Midoriko tossed him earlier, then handed it to Toast.

"... Th- thanks..."

"Mrr," Dase replied and scuttled up a nearby tree to keep watch over the area.

The rain was slowing down... and the sun was about to rise.

Toast shivered as she held the thermos.
"Slowly open it...don't spill any..." She took 5 minutes to unscrew the top off. As the steam came out, she nearly freaked out.
"Ok...now to pour it on me..." She slowly tipped it towards her, but Jasper thought she was doing it too slow and pushed the Thermos on her.

"IIIEE! JASPER! THAT'S HOT YOU KNOW!" She yelled as she transformed back human. Grabbing her bat, she threatened to smash his skull in if he ever did that again.

The group watched as the timid Druid turned into a rumbuncsist girl.

Midoriko, who was yet to change back and still holding the cat, watched the rumbuncsist girl in amazement
"And...you are?" she asked wanly. It was clear the girl was cursed at the springs, but Midoriko didn't recognise her from the plane.

"Huh?" Toast said as she was waving the bat at her Lemur.

"I said, who are you." Midoriko asked again.

"Oh," The girl withdrel her metal bat at Jasper. "My name is Toast." She gulped, "And if ANY of you want to make fun of it..." She started to wave her bat around.

"No, we don't have a problem with it." Midoriko said, "But, you we cursed from the springs, right?"

Toast suddenly stopped dead. "So I'm not crazy....yeah, I was...some years ago...."

Midoriko blinked. "Years ago? So explains why you weren't on the plane...."

"What plane?" Toast asked.
