Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."

Hi! It's the day before New Year's! And what a great holiday New Year's is too. People clearly realized how amazing I am, to have made a internationally celebrated holiday for my birthday. Sure it's not named after me, but that's only because everyone knows that my greatness cannot be summed up in a mere name. Instead, I'm clearly the representation of that is great about each new year. Tonight I shall watch the fireworks let off in honor of my birthday and tomorrow I will live like a king! Well, a king who goes to a movie and the grocery store, but I will do those things with the full power of my awesomeness.
