She's the Underground Champion! But's why was she going to challenge these losers? Even I could beat them. But still...I feel like I known her for awhile when this was my first time.

Shauni had retured to her training ground, it was an abanded Church that was once called Redhearts Chapple, it was now called the Red Reck, it was where strong monster keepers would gather, shauni being the most infloential there

She landed down with Pyrogoth and dismonted, two youths in similare robes to her came over to her
"I have invited three Hev Tki users, the novice at best, but Hev Tki are getting rarer these days...one can not be picky...Let guy know I have invited them tonight, let them in"
"yes shadow senda..."
The to youths disapered, they were training under her, she was a master in her field, almost unrilved in street Hev Tki fighting...but she had other things on her mind...one Maru for instance....

All right, I'm gonna warn you now... one trait that all my characters have in common is they hate it when people have too much pride and just assume they're better than everyone else... especially because when they claim they are, they're usually not. Which my Characters have a tendency to prove...))

So the trio wondered own to the place were they were suppos to.

"So Opal, I'm still curious, what is this Virtual?" 

"Um....alright. he's the strongest Hev Tki ever made., but he wasn't really finished when he escaped, so no one knows what he looks like."

"And you know this how?

"Erm..*sweat drop* internet?"

"Oh alright. Sounds good enough"

"So, where's that guy Guy?" Soda looked around

Hmm I wonder who this "Guy" is.Perhaps if I follow them i'll get some useful information.

The three stood pondering the mystory of the shadow and what she wanted when a cloaked figure emerged from the darkness of a fountain shadow, making the group jump a little
He stood looking at them, his face half covered by the folds of the cloak
"Umm...sir...are you 'Guy'?"
The figured noded and spoke in a deep and grough voice
"I am Guy, but who is asking" ((Shadow follwers will be in orange))
"Unm...the shadow sent us..."
The man pulled his cloak of his head to relevel his face

He was an older man who had an air of wisdom about him
"My name is Guy Folker, I am the cheaf aid to the underground champion...if she has invited you to the tourniment you must have potential at Hev Tki"
He tured around and began to walk of
"Follow me, I will take you to where the tourniment is being carried out, if you win...you get a shot at facing the Shadow, and if you beat her..her identiy will be revled and you will become champion..."
Opal was a little suprised that a thriving underground sercat of Hev Tki users existed in the city, as no one ever talked about it openly as it was tabo
"Why would we want to become champion exactly?"
"Well, the wealth for one thing...but also for the fragment...."
"Fragment? Fragment of what?"
"A fragment of the most powerful Hev Tki known to exist....Maruko" ((plot device! Important note))
Opal had no such memory of creating this Maruko...perhaps it was a new creature...
"How is it a fragment of a Hev Tki?"
"The ring the creature was in was shattered 5 years ago, its peaces distributed to 4 different people to keep it from reforging in the wrong hands, The Shadow, The Soul, The Hope and The End. All champions of different networks of battlers, The Shadow being Champion of the Underground, Street Batterling, which is a free for all battle sercate. The soul is in charge of the upper csercat, more select in opponets, The hope is in charge of the Hights sercate, whic very few are allowed to partake in..."
There was a pause
"And The End?"
Guy closed his eyes "The end sees no one..its not even sure if he is still alive...."
There was silence
"Well...it will be explaied better by the shadow...she needs to beat 10 more opponets to go face the Upper Sercate...I guess thats why she invited you...there are very few street fighters left she hasnt already beaten"
Within momnets they had arrived a a ware house
"The touniment is in here, sign up at the front gate and wait for your turn, if you still feel like partaking"
"I must attend to the champion"
With that Guy was gone
"Well guys...what do you say? if anything I'm interested to find out who the champion really is"
"And it would be good experence of battle"
"well...I dont know...it looks a little suspisius to me..."
"Come on Opal"
"please!"
She thought for a moment....

((this is all a part of shauni's back story, i'm not interfearing with your plot, if you decide no i will write is as a side story then join you when I resolve it, if you say yes, you can partake in the events, in fact, you will be very important to there outcome))
