Re: Daily Strip Discussion
This is probably the best place to post this but you have a spelling error in the blooper. On the last pannel you have "make use spend" needs to be "make us spend".

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Thanks, I'll fix that.
Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Oh man I haven't read this comic since my last post here. Time to catch up!

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
This post exists for two reasons:
1. To confirm that I do still actually read the comic
2. To inform you that you've used "than" when you should have used "then" in the bonus comic.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Ah, you're right. Thanks for the catch!

For comic #1374 Air traffic, I was half expecting Altaria to get lodged into Pelipper's mouth.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
I might end up doing a Blooper Reel strip kind of like that.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Actually, that was intentional. Early on, I decided to treat Pokémon names like animal names (dog, cat, etc.) and not capitalize them. Though, I could argue with myself that, since in cases like this the Pokémon's name is being used as a proper name (Altaria the altaria), it should be capitalized. In retrospect, that's probably the right way to go about it grammatically. But, since I've been doing it the one way for so long, I've stuck with it.

Following the current series in the Safari Zone has been one of the most enjoyable arcs so far! I love how you are able to show everything that has made the Safari Zone, the area that I HATE the most! The fact that the balls are weak, the fact you can't weaken them, and the fact you only get 500 steps! The zone is ANNOYING AS ****! I thank you for making some of my most tortureous Pokemon hours into an amusing story arc! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I thought Snivy was a grass version of Cyndaquil, that's the reason for my nickname, oh yeah check out my Youtube channel, grassaquilUV. (easy to remember, isn't it?)

Surely that's a Monkey Island "Three headed monkey" joke.

Yes. I sure hope May catches a Dodrio though.
Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:
Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.
Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:
Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
I figured you two, at least, would get the reference.
As for catching a dodrio, yes that will happen soonish.
