Re: Mafia
The people of Pebble Version pointed their fingers in a panic. The problem this presented was that every person picked a different perpetrator to punish, posing a four way tie - quite the predicament! With the picnickers in a pickle, their principal prospect of redemption on this pilgrimage of pain was the final vote; the puzzle princess popped in at the paramount of the picture.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Re: Mafia
The Great Detective has arrived for the case!
Now now, isn't it obvious? The key to this locked room murder is the key himself.
key2dawn is not only a ninja but is also a key to Josiah's room.
Simply by the existence of key2dawn's name, this level of reasoning is possible for CollyChan. What do you think, everyone?

Re: Mafia
Congratulations! Your four way tie has evolved into a five way tie!
So I guess someone's going to have to change his or her vote.
After reading everyone's post, I would say that Isis stood out the most, saying that she doesn't believe that Colly is the mafia when... well, ANY of us could be the mafia. Except for the butler, of course.
So. Why would Isis think Colly's innocent? Is she the spy? Or is she... the mafia?
I'm changing my vote to Isis. Nothing personal.
Maybe.

Re: Mafia
It seems that Isis's claims to the dungeon proved controversial. Having easy connections to the entire building made Isis an obvious target when things when awry... "I have to walk two blocks just to get to a bathroom! It's no fair that you can get to one so easily!" ...Is what they said. They blamed Isis for Josiah's murder, and to protect themselves for the remainder of their stay on the island, threw her out of the mansion to be eaten by wolves. Did I mention that this island was home to a large pack of ravenous wolves? Well, it totally is and Isis got eaten. After a long day of bickering and arguing over who killed who (and wrestling Isis into submission), the remaining vacationers were exhausted. They thought they were safe, and so decided to take a rest...
But they were WRONG and the mafia struck again!
Send me your PMs people.

Re: Mafia
Although they were all jealous of the convenience of the dungeon, it became a bit of a taboo - if Isis was the mafia, perhaps she filled it with traps to kill everyone else! So the dungeon was declared unsafe and completely off limits.
Believing that lightning never strikes twice, Yuki claimed the room that was previously Josiah's room. Colly, highly suspicious of Key2dawn's being a key, asked to trade rooms with Faustgy. Faustgy, still slightly suspicious of Colly, instead opted to sleep in Yuki's old room. Meanwhile Poison, convinced that they were safe and that Isis was the killer, refused to give up the room near the kitchen, despite warnings that being far away would make her an easier target for the mafia.
And like that, the surviving Pebbleversonians took their rest.
The next morning, Faustgy's bed had been reduced to a pool of blood... there were stab wounds punctuating her whole body.
HOWEVER! A doctor came to her in the middle of the night, conveniently carrying surgical equipment and with a ready blood transfusion in Faustgy's blood type! She slept through the whole ordeal, and so didn't see the face of the would-be-assassin or the miracle doctor. However, one thing was clearly: Faustgy didn't try to kill herself, so she wasn't the mafia!
But who was? Colly and Yuki both had easy enough access to Faustgy's room - and even Poison could have gotten there through the dungeon. And beyond that... who was this super doctor that saved them from calamity? Vote now!

;o; My Vindy partner was almost taken away from me? ;o;
I BLAME ISI- wait, she's... not... er.
...
I'm going to point fingers at Colly with no real reason beyond "I rolled a die, and it chose Colly"!
LUCK DON'T FAIL ME NOW.

Re: Mafia
Isis's ghost, now haunting the abandoned dungeon, utters an urgent warning: If you are NOT the Mafia, do NOT vote for Colly! Anyone voting for Colly should immediately be regarded with suspicion! It is likely that her spirit will not rest in peace (nor stop repeating this message) lest the others heed her warning...or die by the hands of the Mafia.
(Gosh darn it, I may be out but I'm still putting in my two cents!)

Re: Mafia
The sad thing is, my first thought was, "Wow! I'm finally dead!" Then I continued reading and realized that no, I was not dead. But um... Anyway...
Well, there are two people I suspect to be the mafia now. The problem is, I'm also fairly certain that of these two, one is actually my savior. So... uh... If I pick the wrong person, I would potentially be getting my hero killed. Not a risk I want to take, but... I have to vote eventually.
So. Colly. I initially suspected her, but Isis had believed that Colly's innocent. While I know for certain that Isis is not the mafia now (considering how she's dead and all), I still can't tell if she was the spy or not. If I assume that she was, then my other suspect is most likely the mafia. But if I assume that she was just guessing because she was certain that I was the mafia, then... Colly is still a likely suspect.
Colly would have the motive for attempting to murder me. After all, I did suspect her, and I only changed my vote to break break the five-way tie that was created. For that matter, for what purpose did she choose to create a five-way tie when there had already been a four-way tie? To force someone else to change his/her vote? Or because she truly believed that Yuki's the mafia?
On the other hand, if she's not the mafia, then the mafia could have attempted to murder me in order to frame her... Hm.
As for my other suspect, it's... Yuki. Again, if I go with the assumption that Isis was the spy, then Colly's probably innocent, and Yuki's most likely the mafia. His motive for killing me, his Vindictus partner? Heh. This guy doesn't need a reason to kill. The die he rolls, or the coin he flips, is the master whose every command is carried out by him. He'd kill me solely because the die (or coin) told him to. Sure, he might be crying about how he nearly lost his Vindictus partner, but who's to say that it's not just an act?
There's also Poison, but... I don't think she's nearly as suspicious as the other two at the moment.
So. Who to vote for? It's a difficult choice, but for the sake of moving this game along, I'll take the risk and say that the mafia is...
Yuki
Sorry man. Even if Isis's ghost didn't start haunting us, I would have already been suspicious of you for reasons other than what I've listed above.

Re: Mafia
Well, as Silver has previously said, the dungeon is off-limits after the recent incidents, so it is very unlikely that I could be the Mafia. I would have had to go a much longer route to get to the other side of the house in my (hypothetical, of course) attempt to murder Faustgy (assuming I usually stay out of places that I shouldn't go). Also, while running back to my room, I could have ran into the doctor, blowing either one of our covers (Plus, I probably wouldn't have gotten much further then the kitchen. Darn you, delicious snacks...).
Seeing Faustgy's logic, it does appear very sound. Yuki is quite suspicious right now, and a simple roll of the die or a flip of a coin does not always make for the best or most accurate decision making. Logic, for the most part, wins over luck.
As for my vote, I'm going with Yuki. Ghosts or not, there is simply too much suspicion on her right now. I wouldn’t say that it’s obvious, but it is very possible that she’s the Mafia.
(I am typing this right before I go to bed, so kindly excuse any horrible grammatical errors or nonsense I may have written.)

Re: Mafia
Wow, I completely forgot about this. But don't fear! The great detective is always on the case!
Faustgy definitely seems to have the right idea. Who in their right mind would roll a die to decide who's the mafia? Who else but a psychopath who kills based on dice rolls of course!
Yuki! I declare you to be the culprit once more, you dice rolling key!

Re: Mafia
Ok ok, so like, all the people that were at the CRAZY PARTY were doin' some MAD WEED and they all started like, fighting about who killed who and stuff! But then they came down off their high and chilled out.
Oh, but by that time they had already kicked Yuki off the island. But it was all ok, because Yuki was actually part of a gang and he killed a bunch of people! So they won and everyone else was ok. Except Yuki, Isis, and Josiah anyway. 'Cause they were dead.
Yo, but you guys got the mafia! So... you win and stuff. PAAAARTY!

I may seem to be bad at this game but hey, I'll give it another shot. Maybe I'll do better.
