Kingdom Hearts has more evil twins, clones, and mind transplants than any soap opera out there. It was interesting at first, with the Ansem-Riku possession and all, but by the time BBS came along and it was Xehanort-Terra-Ansem-Riku, and each of them have about three different incarnations of themselves floating around? It just started to seem a bit silly.

And here's the thing: I don't have more time to put into it. So when it comes to deciding what I do with my precious Spring Break, I'm not gonna spend it on a game where I need to sit through six hours of cutscenes and mashing the X button waiting for it to get good.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

It really doesn't take that long for XIII to get moving, especially if you've already played it a bit, but I know how it is to have limited free time and have to prioritize games accordingly. But trust me when I say that XIII does get really good before long.

As for KH, I'll grant that it does get kind of crazy with heartless, nobodies, and possessions. But hey, most of them have been destroyed by this point so that helps, right? Well, regardless, I still find the story interesting and I really like most of the characters. I suppose that, when it comes to story, as long as there's a reasonable (in the world of the story) explanation for things, I don't mind lots of crazy plot twists so long as things don't get overly cliche or overdramatic. So long as it doesn't turn out that Xenanort is Sora's father, I think I'll be ok with KH's plot. Though, speaking of parents, it makes me wonder what Sora and Riku's parents thought of their kids dissapearing for a couple of years to go world hopping...

Mass Effect 3 has had a death grip on me over the March break, with a little Psychonauts on the side. Right now my focus is on trying to finish it without reading any spoilers about the supposedly terrible ending.

No, it has SEVERAL endings. The bad ending is just the easiest to get.

And back on topic, I've been playing through Megaman 9. I think i'm awesome at it, but in reality, i'm not.

As a final note (now that I'm actually able to read the play time display and have bothered to check), we put about ten hours into FFXIII. I know that the game is ridiculously long and ten hours is barely even a fraction of it, but I've played games shorter than ten hours and felt satisfied by them.

On which note, Graces! Tales of Graces has been fun. Almost done with it now. I actually like playing as every character! Usually with healers it's like, you "get stuck" with them, but Cheria's got her nice knife tossing moves and is overall a good range character, healing aside. Pascal and Malik are best though, wish I was better with Hubert. Also Sophie is hilarious and Asbel x Richard is my OTP.

And aside from that and more TWEWY (Freaking Panthera Cantus), just got Skullgirls. I'm not much a fighting game fan, also I really suck at them, but I really like the style of this one. I also can't deny that it's extremely well-made and pretty fun to play... with other people at least. I will never beat Story Mode. The roster's small, but they've promised to expand it later. Besides that, it's only $15, and it's definitely worth it.

I've been playing quite a bit of Just Cause 2; great game with a huge open-world and a ton of stuff to do.

I've also begun Dead Space 2 after buying it for $5 during a Steam sale a while ago, and while it's not exactly frightening per se, it is very atmospheric and very, very intense.

If you don't think it's frightening yet, you haven't played very much.

So I've been playing through The World Ends With You for Nintendo DS again, and I have to say, after all that time I played, Beating it on every difficulty, I forgot how hard fighting the final boss is. He slaughtered me in seconds. SECONDS I TELL YOU! I played for 9 hours getting through that game, just to die on the final boss, and then restart my progress.

I've got a few hours of work left in order to get the secret ending and totally finish FFXIII-2. And that's pretty much it other than Umineko Kai. At some point I want to finish unlocking stuff in Mario Kart 7 and Project Diva 2nd, not to mention finish my Pokédex in Black, but that can wait till summer vacation when I probably won't have my non portable consoles handy anyway.

Speaking of fighting games, Skull Girls does look like the kind I may enjoy, but I've got Blazblue which is stylish and over the top which I've been playing a little here and there and can't see myself finishing it any time soon so I don't need another 2D fighter right now. Speaking of Blazblue, I apparently suck as consistantly entering the button combos required for special moves. Problem is, I can't tell what it is that I'm doing wrong. <.<

You see, what sets Skullgirls apart from most fighters is that it started as an indie game developed by tourny people. Their goals with making this game is absolute balance. No tiers, no infinites (the game even has a built in system that detects and stops infinites). Plus it doesn't pull all the BS commercial fighters do like DLC for content already in the game.
Overall, it's really well built. I seriously want this game spread everywhere.

Finished Mass Effect 3. The ending is really weird, but I've honestly seen worse. Now I need to go back and finish Far Cry...

Ever since Minecraft came to the xbox 360 all I've been doing is killing pigs with wads of dirt, skinning cows to make armor from their hides, losing diamonds because I accidently broke into a lava chamber, punching trees to harvest wood, building portals to the underworld by mixing lava and water, killing giant white jellyfish by reflecting fireballs at them with feathers or wads of dirt, watching squids fly into lava becasue I led an underground water source there, making cake just to get an achivement, baking bread just to get an achivement, and building my third tower of stone while not putting up enough torches to keeps monsters out of it. Oh, and I HATE Creepers.

With P4 Golden and Assassin's Creed Liberation coming out late this year and Gravity Rush (which I got to play a bit at GDC) looked pretty cool so I knew I'd be getting a Vita sometime this year. Well, Gamestop has a deal this week where you get a free $50 gift card with purchase of a Vita and I happened to have a lot of spending money so I picked one up along with Gravity Rush. Early opinions on the Vita itself? The buttons and analog sticks are all nice and the screen is awesome. Battery life is rather dissapointing, but similar to the 3DS so I can't complain too much. Really loving Gravity Rush. It's takes gravity much futher than Mario Galaxy (by giving you full control over it) and using your powers to fly around town (or technically falling around town since you're just changing the direction of gravity's pull) is a blast. Graphics and sound are awesome and I'm liking the characters and story so far as well.

I'm still playing a lot of Minecraft, but most recently I've been playing a lot of Super Meat Boy. Its a pretty hard game, but I finally managed to unlock Tim so I figure I at least have a shot at the true ending. For only 15 dollars the game is really well made, hundreds of levels, unlockable characters from other indie games, excellent humor... I just wish it was a little easier. Those buzzsaws get me every single time...

So my friend got me The World Ends With You (DS) for my birthday, and well considering how much limited time I had for playing games over the past few weeks, have finished the main story line. Wishing I'd gotten it sooner, It's never actully been released here so its difficult to come by, really the only place you find it is games store where they've either imported it or someone whose bought it online has traded it in. Rather annoying consdidering how much of a awsoe game it is.
Redback, Funnel-Web, Blue-ringed octopus
Taipan, Tigersnake and a Box jellyfish
Stonefish and the poison thing that lives in a shell
That spikes you when you pick it up

Ever since I started playing Skyrim, I've felt this nagging voice inside of me telling me to go play Morrowind. I mean, sure, I never beat that game's main quest, but still, it's ridiculous that having a low sword skill means you can't even hit anything at point blank range! Every time I think of that game I see this image of a sword swinging and going *Miss* *Miss*. Oh well, I guess it's time to dig that game out of my atti- GotY Edition's on sale at Steam? BOUGHT.
