"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

((I know rhyming day is long past but...))
Twas the week before Christmas and all through the place,
the people were engaged in a desperate race.
The presents needed wrapping, there was little time,
and for some reason everyone was speaking in rhyme.
When all through the town arose quite a clatter,
Pikachu was missing, what could be the matter?
They found him at last, twas a horrible site,
someone had killed and gift wrapped him that night.
Only the mafia could commit such a fowl deed,
a town wide meeting, they surely did need.
Unmasking the mafia is tricky, I'll note,
it would have to be done with a majority vote.
