Re: Games I've Played Recently
Don't have Black Ops yet, so I played it at my friends' house. The multiplayer, meh, isn't my favorite, neither is the campaign. Not my favorite COD game, that's for sure.

Re: Games I've Played Recently
My friend let me play a popular Japanese fighting game called Blazblue. I know it's common in some arcades in Japan from what he told me, but then again he hasn't been there so... I like the gameplay and artwork, overall, and I'd choose it over Street Fighter anyday.

Re: Games I've Played Recently
Well, I was playing Project Diva 2nd but now that I'm back in the US I have my copies of KH Re:coded and Pokémon Black. Plus Tactics Ogre is in the mail, Duo Decidium comes out in a few days (plus I got that demo / prequel chapter off the PSN), and I'm almost certain to buy Ghost Trick the next time I go shopping. The problem is deciding what to play first. And that's only the portable games... I'm thinking maybe Ghost Trick and Re:coded first and then switching back and forth between Black and Duo Decidium for a while since they're both really long and filling the pokédex / grinding for levels and equipment can both get a bit dull from time to time.

Well of corse I've been playing White and now Black (only cause I can't get the ticket here so I had to buy the game when I went home to DL it for both B/W) and FF XIII I've finally started playing again.

Played Street Fighter 2 on my friend's laptop. A fun game, though not my favorite. The only characters I was familiar with were Ryu and Chun-Li, though...

I finished Ghost Trick. Yeah I only got it yesterday, but I could barely put it down. Neat concept, clever puzzles, great characters, and a crazy twisting mystery plot.

Re: Games I've Played Recently
Coincidence, huh? Today I was playing MVC3 with my friend after track practice. It was rather fun, but when I did start playing, Capcom seemed to have patched the game a lot by editing Sentinel's health. Not that I really care because I don't like a lot of fighting games, but I found it quite coincidental.

Re: Games I've Played Recently
Dissidia Duodecim has not let me down. I believe I'm just about done with all the new content (who knows, there might be a lot more), but getting all my equipment back is going to be a pain.
Re: Games I've Played Recently
My current gaming plan:
1. Finish stacking this weekend (had to do something with my PS3 since I've got the big TV to myself and all)
2. Quickly play through KH Re:coded
3. Start Dissidia (beginning with the prologue DLC) and Black in short succession and switch between them as I go.

Re: Games I've Played Recently
The demo for Crysis 2 was awesome; it is now second on my "Games-I-Need-to-Buy" list behind Portal 2.

Re: Games I've Played Recently
Well, Duodecim was fun. The last story was just as frustrating as I'd thought it would be.
Re: Games I've Played Recently
I finally finished Kira Kira and I'm just two fairly easy trophies away from getting the secret ending in Re:coded. Then I'll just play the Stacking DLC quick and finally start on Duo Decim and Black. The only question is which to start first...
Re: Games I've Played Recently
I played through the story and some rounds of arcade in Dissidia Prologus and then started a game in Duo Decim (all I did was import data, look through the menus, and the like). Current impressions:
1. Lightning is awesome. She may very well tie Squall as my favorite.
2. A lot of the new costumes are pretty cool.
3. On importing data from Dissidia... Being able to keep character levels and PP catalogue purchases is nice. Being able to keep AP and mastered abilities is great. Not getting to keep any equipment whatsoever sucks.
4. The soundtrack is pretty good (I got it while in Japan) but remixing Yuna's Theme and Blinded by Light instead of using the originals was a mistake.
I'm not expecting too much from the story (though I'm sure story mode itself will be fun) but I'm looking forward to messing around with the new characters and abilities. That said, I'll probably start Black today or tomorrow as well.
