I am going to say Poison.
Why? The misuse of poison will lead to the creation of fire. What she may do with her poisonous crimes is best related to the crime of arson. Very interesting idea Metal...quite....(Wait...what kinds of poisonous material can catch on fire? I think there are some types of gases that can catch fire, but I don't know if they're poisonous...smoke that comes from fire is bad for your health, but it's not exactly poisonous either...)
Ach, beiden Weg (ah, either way), I'm going to have to go with Josiah on this one. I mean, that Torchic on his head is know for setting things (not to mention people) on fire. Plus, his motion blur is the colors of fire. He could have just walked past the house, and then, fwoosh! Up like a dried out piece of oily cloth.

Who would want to kill BFC? (Besides the narrator?) We have a few suspects.
Metal was the next most popular vote last round. If BFC had voted for him, it would have been a near even split, and Silver would have only needed to switch votes to him to save his own skin with a tie.
Josiah was annoyed because during his biggest forum event of the year, the mafia game was slowed on the account of a missing player. He had to get BFC out of the way if he was going to get the game back on the road.
Cheez was tired of BFC eating all the cheez-its before he could get any, and wanted to make sure he got some of the next box. So on the way to the grocery store, he locked BFC in his house and burnt it down.
Phonox was running his mob down town as usual when he found BFC snooping around the back with a box of cheez-its. He didn't know if BFC found anything out, but he couldn't take any chances.
Poison, whereas usually inflammable, has been known to kill firefighters if they are subjected to her for too long. So it's possible she likes fire anyway.
The most likely candidate has to be Poik though. Afterall, his first avatar was Ichigo on fire, he obviously has a strong affinity towards flames.
All in all, my vote is still Metal.

The town came to the decision that the mafia was none other than Poison. Furious, they tied her up and threw her in the lake, screaming "she's a witch!" all the way. Well, she didn't float, so she clearly wasn't a witch.
But she was indeed the mafia, so the town lived happily ever after. Except for the murdered boy and the burned house, but they tried to forget about that part.
Sorry this round took way longer than necessary, guys. That would be my bad/confusion from people departing from the forums. I'll do better next time :/

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
