"I wonder if it came from above?" I look up at the sky seeing if I see anything. "Or maybe..... from below!" I put ear to the ground and knock on it to see if anything is hallow.

All the tree branches make it hard to see the sky, but Kako doesn't spot anything obvious. The ground doesn't seem to be hallow (or hollow) either.

Notable sights on the map included: the fountain plaza, the bazaar (with a few particular stores singled out), the wall surrounding the village, a large park in the north west corner of the village, and a few buildings scattered throughout that are listed as museums or some such. The back of the map had short information blurbs about all the sights. (Do you want to read any of them or just get to the tour?)

Todd spots one person (humanoid) hiding behind a tree in the opposite direction from which the sound came.

Chris heard one of the people, a girl apparently, yell out hello. Meanwhile, one of the others was looking around and it seemed as if he may have spotted Chris.

"Yay a tour, I love tour's!" Kiada said looking over one of the brochures. "Only think is though, I doubt if the portal is down there that it would be anywhere within sit of the tour. So either I'll be in an area not covered by the tour or hidden in soming like a cuboard." She mused while waiting for the tour to start.

Ah, you're right, Kaida. Maybe we're gonna have to sneak off. Sira accepted the flashlight and walked through the door with the rest of the crowd. She shined her flashlight around in the darkness.
