I didn't really get much of anything this year. My dad decided not to do Chanukah presents and to be pretty cheap with birthday gifts too so they just paid for my copy DK Country Returns. My one set of grandparents (the only people who would have given be a Christmas present) don't have a lot of money to spare right now. My other grandma gave me $25 for Chanukah and I should probably be getting some more money for my birthday soon. The only person who actually got me a present is my brother and it hasn't arrived yet so I don't know what it is.

So... I was in my dad's office (at home) today and we were looking for his label maker and he opens a drawer and I see a DS game and I'm like "Huh?" and he closes it but I go back and open it and point at and I'm like "huh?" and he's like, "Oh yeah! I forgot to wrap that one! ...maybe I'll save it for your birthday..." but then I made my puppy dog face (which, admittedly, isn't very good anyway) and he was like "Ehhh... Merry Christmas!"

Got my birthday presents from my brother and Grandma. My Grandma sent me $50, which is going to no doubt be spent on the first good soundtrack or figurine set I see in Japan. And my brother, whose present just came today at the last possible moment (since there's no mail tomorrow and I'm going to Japan on Sunday) was Spice & Wolf Season 1 and Resonance of Fate, both of which are coming with me to Japan.
