Hi! Happy New Year everyone! I didn't do anything overly exciting last night or today. Had some people over for dinner, which was nice and now I'm watching the new Karate Kid with some of the same people. And tomorrow morning (early tomorrow morning) it's off to Japan. Got a long trip so I won't be online at all today (unless I get really lucky and end up on one of those new planes with wi-fi). I'll hopefully be back online (at least for a little bit) on Monday or Tuesday so I'll see you all then.

Moi,

Today, I will tell the story of my New-Year's.

I went over to my God-parents house, and mainly hung out with my god-brothers, Alex and Andy, and their friends, Nick and Lawrence. When I got there, they all decided to watch a few movies. We watched Iron-Man and Iorn-Man 2, (adding in loads of commentary) and then watched Inception. We finished the movie 7 to 4 minutes to midnight, so we watched the ball drop, said happy new-year, and proceded to play a board-game called "Ticket to Ride". I had never played it before so I learned it, and played a few games. We stayed up well into the night (so late, I had to sleep over there) and finished up our games around 5:30 to 6:00am.

And that was my New-year.

...Oh yeah, we also exchanged presents (for us, New-years is also a late Christmas) and I got...*sigh*...another gift card for Game Stop, but I also got $40! Not to bad this year.

Hi! I made it to Japan ok (though some things could have gone a bit more smoothly). Full details and a few pics should be up on Pebble Version in a couple hours or so.

Hi! Yeah, I've been wondering where everyone is. I'd totally make a bunch of posts right now...except I had training today and it went late and I only just go back and need to get some sleep soon so it'll have to wait till sometime tomorrow.

Hey Josiah, you going to show us more pictures of Japan? I love looking at them! Man, I can finally afford to go and I don't have anyone to go with (who doesn't expect me to pay for them too!)

Heso! There hasn't been much to report in Silverland lately... Still on break from classes, working most of the time so it doesn't feel like much of a break. That's all.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hey.

Well, I've been real busy, and something in me snapped last night when I was chatting with a friend online, so I had a small mental breakdown last night that ended in my crying myself to sleep, so that kind of preoccupied me. Now I just have a sore throat. Huh.

Anywho, I've also had Laramie Project rehearsal coupled with loads of homework... on the first week back to school. Whee. Finals are in two weeks, so, double whee. All my AP classes are gonna have a midterm around that time, and Physics has is on the 3rd day of finals (I haven't had to go to the 3rd day of finals the past two years because my classes haven't had a final on it... I am SO pissed that I have to go to this). Also, we were JUST TODAY given one of either three or four songs for show choir band that we need to learn for the choir's competition a week from Saturday. A week and a couple days. That's all I get to learn three or four piano pieces. Awesome. Gonna be fun.
May the Triforce be with you.

Hi! Definately looking like Jr High teaching is going to be kinda dull compared to elementary school but I haven't started work yet so I could be wrong. Anyway, yeah there will be lots more pictures of Japan (how many and of what just depends on where I happened to go on the days covered in each travelog update.

You know Shauni, touring on your own here in Japan is still fun, or you could visit me (at least through March, at the moment I'm not planning to stay past mid-April). Though I do have to work most weekdays except for late February - early March (during which I'm trying to plan out a really cool trip to Shikoku, among other places) so you'd still end up doing a lot by yourself...

awww, thanks Josiah, but I can't go anywhere until after April. My company works on a fiscal calendar and I get holidays March to March. I only have 4 days left this year, and it would take me that long to get over there and back and get over the flight LOL!

hm.... more snow. That's all I have to say. It's not as... ferocious as the last heavy snowfall, but it's kinda bothersome.

Moi...

Ugh, I still feel sick. I woke up this morning with a 104 degree fever. It's gone down to my normal temp. now. When-ever I get sick, I always have really strange dreams. This one, for example, included an extra-fluffy, albino hawk (named Saber for some reason) playing a ukulele, A guy in a hanglider flying over a country side, and a cabin in the woods that works like a pokemon center for humans...Yeah...

Well, at least my dad got me more apples, so I think I'll make it through the rest of this cold okay (Even though my 104 degree fever might have burned away some of my brain cells).

Konbanwa.

I'm having tons of fun messing with this Cintiq tablet. Technically it's my sister's, but she never uses it, and I'm going into illustration as a major anyway, so what the heck.
So fun ~
