Hey.

It's hell week for RENT! My life is forfeit! I have no time for homework, I'm stressed as hell, our Mark is sick, our bassist is sick, I'm nervous and lonely in the pit because there are no other kids, and I can't do homework in the pit! I have a Physics test tomorrow that I need to study for but I have no energy to do so after 4 hours of rehearsal and 45 subsequent minutes of notes and I wish I was actually acting in the production I'm so jealous of the actors but being in the pit is fun, too.

So yeah. Not getting any homework done at this rate and I'm stressed like crazy because my part in pit is more important than it was last year and I have some really important parts to play so WHEEEEEE

Hey.

SO opening night for RENT is tomorrow! So, for Finale A, they bring down a screen... guess who sits right under the screen? The pit. Guess what happens when the techie lowering the screen lowers it too far? We nearly get hit in the head with a screen. WHOO THAT WAS WONDERFUL FUN TODAY. The lead keyboard (the chorus director) let out a scream and was like "OH MY GOD!" because he was definitely the closest to getting hit. My heart didn't stop racing until well into Your Eyes. He wasn't better until Finale B :P

Well... our Mark still has mono. And his voice, as a result, is still rough, and he's missing notes... which should make tomorrow interesting. Whee. Also, I can't find a good volume for the keyboard since the different patches (strings, piano, guitar, electric guitar, etc.) all have different volumes so I'm constantly playing with the volume knob... yesterday I was too loud with just organ, now I'm too soft on everything... whee.

Being in the pit is frusturating when everyone else is an adult and therefore talented >:( I mess up more than the rest of them and it's wicked frusturating and makes me feel so idiotic... And, admittedly, I wish I could be out there with the cast singing and dancing around. Like, super much. Ah well...

Hi! It's Asian night at the congregation so I'll be spending much of the day cooking. I'm making yakitori (well, the beef version which probably has a different name since tori is chicken) and a sorta sweet soup dessert involving azuki beans (sweet red beans) and mochi (a gluntonous rice stuff). Should be fun.

Hi! Nice to see the both of you!

And, to continue the trend, nothing exciting is happening with me either.

Oi. I forgot how long I've not been on the forums. Probably going to fade offline for quite a bit. Not that I'll be any less active after I leave than I have been recently. I guess that means my "always in" on Mafia is off too. I'm back home now from college, and I'm going to be doing homework for much of turkey day break. Life is busy.

Sounds like fun Saber, screen mishaps and all. I miss being the pit for a musical. Also, I've never gotten the chance to watch RENT, although I keep meaning to.

Also, when you say "alot" I think of Hyperbole and a Half. It's very unfortunate, since Hyperbole and a Half has similarly ruined my vocabulary.

Warning: Links not safe for sanity, or free time. But they are perfectly safe for work (as far as I know).

In more interesting news, I'm sort of kind of in a relationship. Yay! And the best friend admitted to me (while drunk (his friend is of age)) that he was jealous of me. Yay! I'm caught in a love triangle, and it's beginning to look like a we have a straggler joining. Yay! One day, I'm going to get into a perfectly normal relationship, and I am going to be bored out of my mind. </sarcasm>

I still don't see any difference between 'alot' and 'a lot'. 'A lot' sounds like you're talking about 'A (parking) lot.' while 'alot' sounds like you're talking about "Alot of berries." But whatever.

I've... become distracted and slightly un-interested in the forums lately. This is a problem for me because I'll probably forget about something important. Like WoR... or something. I try to check in daily on two specific threads and them only: Mafia and Portal Panic. Why? Because the Game Time! threads have become a pointless spam-box and I refuse to post there anymore thus making this forum alot more boring =.=
*Sigh* I'm done ranting.
I got SUPER Scribblenauts for my birthday :D It's fun and all... but... the first one was alot better, this one is too easy D:
I also found something really cool on y-tube just earlier, it's called the NeoCube, take a look: The NeoCube Channel.
Winter - now know as Kinomora.
A remnant of a time long since past.

Hi! Forum game threads are, by definition, rather pointless. It's all about whether you find them fun or not. There are some I do and some I don't and I think it's the same way for most of us.

Question for everyone. Has the site (not just the forums, but PV in general) been going down a lot over the last couple of days? For me it's been going down pretty frequently since Friday morning, though it's always up and running again about half an hour later. My host thinks the problem is with my ISP and that the site itself is fine (I just can view it). I'm not so sure about that but the easy way to tell is to check if everyone else is having problems as well or if it's just me.

'Lo, peeps. Doodleshark's computer is now 100% screwed, as in it will no longer even boot. I'm formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows, but this will cause me to lose all of my data. The good news is that this gives me an excuse to get a new computer with a better processer and video card; and since Christmas is coming up, I won't have to pay for the whole thing! ;-D

Hi! Seems the problems I've having with the site going down are just on my end. I've got no idea why but until I figure it out I might not be on much (kinda hard to post when the site keeps crashing on me).

It has been crashing for me as well, Josiah... if I access it from school. I assumed it was just a faulty public internet connection and terrible, out-dated public computers. I haven't noticed any problems from home, though I also don't go on quite as much from home as I do from school these days. Gotta fill those six hours of computer class every week somehow.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
