Hey.

Well, I made National Honor Society! Now I need to pick a teacher to recognize that has helped me on my educational journey... or something like that.

Finished up my homework for the day, finally... well, I'd hoped to get it done an hour earlier so I could work on my AP US homework which isn't due for a while, but it takes a long time so I need to get started... whee life is so much fun!

I feel like school is killing my life, though... Outside of school, I used to chat with friends all the time... this year, I barely do... It's... kind of upsetting, and makes me feel lonely. And like I hate school. That too. It puts me under so much frikkin' stress it's kind of hard to believe it might actually maybe be worth it. Because I'm pretty sure all it does is take a few years off of my life from stress. I feel like I'm losing my closest friend because school has made it so we never have the chance to talk to one another anymore, and it drives me insane because I don't know how to fix it and I don't want to have another friend slip away...

Also, MICAA finals for band were yesterday. We went out there and did the best show we've done so far (even though I frikkin' made a mistake at a place I have NEVER MADE A MISTAKE BEFORE AND AGHHHH SO FRUSTURATING)... and we got a freakin' bronze medal. The judges were so harsh this year, it was absurd... for Div I, they only gave out one 5 star, and I think that was in percussion for the band above us... last year, we got 5 stars in 3 different categories! I mean, I know we weren't as good as we were last year, the whole band knows that (except for rookies, I guess), but... the judges had a stick up their butts. That's all there is to it. We are so better than a 3 star band... frusturating....

Oh, and we had a surpirse birthday for Tango on Saturday, which was fun :)

Hi!

Didn't shoot very well at archery today, neither did I really have a good day at all. Thank God, though, that I'm still alive and my aunt is still holding on. Just went to the guitar store and will hopefully get something good later this weekend. Ta ta!

Hihi All, ^_^

Not much happening in Kaida world, going to the doctor's again, looks like more health problems for Kaida, or she's going crazy and is immagining things, either way, more money I'm spend that I don't have. *Sigh* Why must my world revolve around money. It'd be so much easier if it didn't.
Funily enough its cheeper for me to import dvd's from overseas then buy them here, unless their old and on special. And they wonder why the movie industry is so bad/backwards here.

Hi! Congrats, Saber!

Sorry about your health problems, Kaida. If you didn't live so far away I'd recommend seeing my dad as he does a better job at fixing a lot of things than most regular doctors. Actually, there is a guy in Australia that he's trained. Can't remember if he's in Sydney or Melbourne though. PM me if you're interested and I'll look into it.

Nothing much going on here. I got a notice that I passed my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification exam, which is cool. Though I never really doubted that I'd pass. Other than that, just waiting for my co-author or contributer or whatever he is to go over the chapters of my book that the editor has reviewed and update his sections so I can do my edits and finalize the files. In the meantime, I'm flipping through the latest literary publisher and agent books and marking places I might want to submit my novels to. I'd almost forgotten how boring and time consuming that is, and I haven't even started writting the submission letters yet...

Hi.

Took my computer to Best Buy's Geed Squad and it connected fine with their network and i can sometimes (when it pops up) connect to someones weak signal from an unprotected router. And I did get it to connect after Best Buy but when I went to change slots for my wireless adaptor for a bitter signal I can't get it to connect again...Going to try and maunally input the IP address and see if that works.

Hi! Ugh... I'm tired (didn't sleep well plus I had to get up early to take my mom to the airport) and have a lot to do today. I might post more later, if I have time...

Hihi All ^_^

Thanks for the offer Josiah, but melbourn and sydney are still a bit far for me to travel, although it would be a nice excuses to go there. ^_^

Kaida's in a very good mood today.
Guess why. Kaida got something in the mail.
It's a special something.
It's Kaida's "Cirtificate III in Hospitality".

...^_^ Yup as of today Kaida is 'Officially' a qualified Chef! ^_^
Yay! It's just made the last three years working with and for a**** worth it.

Hey.

So, I just made a long post and then PV decided it hated me and deleted it when I clicked the posty button... it's been working slow for me all day... cool beans.

Long story short:
I'm gonna be Eponine from Les Miserables for Halloween, and I just finished up my costume today and it was really exciting because I haven't had a new costume in YEARS even though I always dress up for school.

I have a friend, and then another friend who is a year younger. He is the mini version of my friend, so he became Mini Me. For the past few weeks, Mini Me (in my chem class) has talked about how he is going to be Waldo (as in Where's Waldo) for Halloween. One day, my friend also talked to me about how he was gonna be Waldo... however, when looking back on the convo later, I thought I had just gotten him mixed up with Mini Me since he is, after all, Mini Me. However, at band today my friend said, again, how he was gonna be Waldo and it all suddenly clicked and I was like "OMG MINI YOU IS GONNA BE WALDO, TOO" and we were like "NO WAY!"

I saved Halloween by getting two of my friends costumes. One needed a witch hat, the other needed a costume. He's gonna be Moses, which he liked best of all the choices I gave him because he was like "I'm such a Jew-boy. It's funny."

No real plans for the actual day of Halloween yet, but I'm excited for tomorrow. More excited than I've been for Halloween in a while.

On another note, seeing a couple of my friends in Cinderella this Saturday! Whoo!

Moi!

My costume for halloween is almost finnished! Just have to get the last few "Bloodstains" on it.

This year, I'm going to a Halloween party instead of running around and scareing all of the little ki- I mean....walking around with my friends, getting candy and occasinally greeting some of the younger kids. Yeah...that's it....

Anyway....The people from my school's Anime Club will be there, too! (yep, all....8 of us) We're just going to eat some candy, talk amongst ourselves and watch some scary movies. I convinced everyone that the first movie we're going to watch will be Silent Hill. Two people agreed completly with me, and the other 5 didn't really care. (One of the people who agreed really just wanted to find out who the "Pyramid Head" guy I've been talking non-stop about, is.)

Hi! As usual, nothing exciting happening here. I'm making a challah (a type of bread) for services tomorrow, working on those edits for my book, and the like. While I do like making bread, it's becoming a little difficult. See, if you want bread to rise in any sort of reasonable amount of time you need a nice warm area for it to sit. Problem is, it's been getting kinda cold here and my dad never turns up the heat as high as he should so the whole house is a bit on the cool side. I might have to turn the oven on really low or something and keep my dough wam that way...

Also, congrats Kaida! So what are you going to do now that you're an official chef?

Great job to Winter and Kaida! ^^

Today, my friend Cathy invited me to a Haloween Party at our church. I have a clue what I wanna be, but I'm still digging out for a costume from the years earlier. Tonight's gonna be a good night.

Yay! I finally have some free time!

...Sorta. Okay, so I've got a take-home test and a page worth of chapter questions in AP US to do, and I've got to finish my applications, and I've got to start my next art project. But I don't have to do any of it right now, do I? B-D

Meant to post here, cause a lots happened.

Guess what I found? An ocarina app! I was playing Zelda songs on it, then played other stuff like the Harry Potter Theme, Eye of the Tiger, etc. Best 99 cents I ever spent.

Been staying up late finishing homework and such, so I haven't had time to think up a costume -.-. I finished an art project that took me two and a half weeks. I failed to realize in the beginning how hard it would be to draw fur. But I got it done!

I go to vocational school half the day. There, well, they kinda get things people at my home school don’t. While at voc I saw Gordon Freeman from Half Life, Antoine Dodgon from the bed intruder song, Jake the Dog from Adventure Time, and Trucy Wright (was a great costume, by the way). My favorite however was the girl with Trucy. At first I thought she was a farmer, but then I saw a scar under her left eye. :D
I was like “OMG you’re Luffy!” and there was a group hug. I’ve never met another person who likes One Piece! (In person, that is).

Hi! Editing on my book is moving along fairly well. My parts of the book haven't really needed many changes. So far, it's mostly been changing some formatting (to go with what the publisher wants) and applying edits made to my contributer's stuff to the master files. The editor did, however, decide that I should move one chapter to an earlier spot in the book and break another chapter into two seperate chapteres, which meant I had to go through change a whole lot of file names and chapter references. Still eight chapters left to go, but all the longest ones are done and I can't imagine re-ordering or splitting any of the others so hopefully the rest won't be too bad.

Hey.

Happy Halloween, all! I most certainly did not go trick or treating and get a ton of candy, no sir-ee.....

Yeah, okay, that was a lie :P

Despite the candy... not feeling all that well. I figgered candy would cheer me up, and it did... fer a bit. Ugh... Just... bah. I've been dealing with so much crap in my life and I can't tell anyone and it's mad frusturating and I want to scream and life for me just isn't swell right now because the one person I thought I could count on just hasn't been there lately and I'm so terrified it's gonna be a repeat of last year...

Ugh. Ignore my teenage angst. Candy!
