Round 4: The Village of Shadows

[Winters Rage]

"Drat.. Hmm.. I wonder if I can find anywhere else to look... I'll try this way, since I haven't been here yet."
Chris said as he walked towards the NW corner of the town.
((Headed for the Middle Class area first, then the park))

[Josiah]

KAIDA
"Oh, no need for instructions." the salesman replied. "All our models read your nueral impulses. Just think about whatever feature you want to activate when you swing the club. As for that price, the one you're holding is 950 Shadow Tokens."


CHRIS
((Note that you haven't been to either of those areas yet and haven't seen a map or anything so you have no idea that there is a middle class district or a park.))
Chris began making his way down a street lined with a combination of grocery stores and restaurants. Up head, the road branched, leading off to the North, West, and East.


GROUP 2 (Capperoff, Takeru, Tod, Kako)
The men holding Takeru saw him trying to make another fireball and one of them promptly hit him over the head, knocking him out. While he was unconscious, the men stripped Takeru and Capperoff down to their underwear, searched through their clothes, and patted them down for good measure. In the end, they didn't find anything and tied the pair to the tree again.

Meanwhile, Kako kicked at one of the women and managed a glancing blow, but nothing serious. In response, the woman tightened the ropes, making it impossible for Kako to do much other than wiggle a bit. Before long they'd stripped her down to her underwear. One of the women patted her down while the others searched her clothes.

"Looks like this is it." one of the women held up the flier Kako had gotten from the performer. "Just the same clue we already had." She pocketed the flier but left the rest of Kako's clothing and possessions scatted on the ground nearby. "You know, you could have saved yourself a lot of trouble by just giving this to us to begin with." she looked at Kako. "We'll just leave you there for know. If you work at it, you can probably wiggle free of those ropes in a couple hours."

The women walked off to rejoin the men. They told them about the flier then the entire group walked off into the forest, leaving the boys tied to the tree with their clothing and items laying nearby. Takeru started to regain consciousness about a minute after they left.

[Kaida]

"Oh really?" Kaida said looking at the club, Well I guess this is more advanced then earth, still I should probably trying it out. She thought as she grabbed the 'handle' of the club and procceded to wack it on the side of the stall while thinking 'funny bonk sound effect'.

[*^_^*kako]

I wiggle around trying to get free and spit out gag."Hey get back here!" I see a sharpen pencil that was tossed out of my bag and i grab it (if i can) and try to undo ropes.

[Phonox]

"Good, they're gone" Tod said to himself and walked into the clearing. "Are you guys okay? Let me help you there." He knelt down next to his team and started to untie them. If we're quick enough, we can follow them to the next location, see what they thought of the clue. Unless you guys have thought of something, of course.

"I've been thinking....." Kako says from where she at. "The clue was what you seek lies beneath,right? What if the portal is in the sewer?"

KAIDA
The club didn't seem to do any real damage and made a cartoony bonk sound when it hit.


GROUP 2 (Capperoff, Takeru, Tod, Kako)
Tod hurried over to Takeru and Capperoff and began struggling with their ropes. The rope was rather odd, to say the least, but after a few minutes of working at it he managed to get the two of them free.

Meanwhile, Kako managed to wiggle over to and grab one of her pencils but it with the way her hands were tied she couldn't really do anything useful with it. ((As a note, Kako is off in the trees and can't see or hear the boys and vice-versa.))

[Kaida]

"Kakkoii, I take it, Um shadow tokens? You should be able to take that out of my account right?" Kaida said as she pointless re inspected the club.

[*^_^*kako]

(O-k got it.) I drop pencil seeing how it really is no use and I look around for anything sharp and start yelling hoping that someone might hear me."HELP HELP!!ANYONE!!!"

KAIDA
"Certainly." the man replies.


GROUP 2 (Capperoff, Takeru, Tod, Kako)
Kako was unable to find anything that looked like it could be used to cut the ropes, so she began screaming for help.

The boys, meanwhile, could here Kako screaming off in the trees.

[Kaida]

"Thank you," Kaida said smiling, "Oh and you haven't seen anything out of the ordinary have you, like random people chasing others around or people who look out of place, like they hve no clue where they are?" Kaida asked, she hadn't run into any of the other teams, but chances are someone else has, and they probably all look a bit out of place. "Oh and do you know where I can get a map near here?".

[Josiah]

KAIDA
"No, I can't say I've seen anyone like that." he says as Kaida buys the club. "But if you're looking for a map of the village, I recommend the visitor center in the fountain plaza." he proceeds to give her directions to the plaza.

[Metalheadz]

"These ropes won't break apart too easily, Tod. Do you have anything sharp?" Takeru whispers.

"HEY CAN ANYONE HEAR ME!!!" I crawl over to a tree if i can and rub ropes on the tree. "HEEEELLLPPP!!!!"
