So... I have mellowed considerably, but I still feel that I will need to take a few more breaks before I really return (and flood the threads). I will post, but not as much as before. A few more hiatus' ought to do the trick. But nevertheless, I'm back.

You didn't even go on a hiatus. You just made a few posts that said, "I'm posting even though I'm on a hiatus!" and called that a hiatus. Do you really like us all so much that you can't leave for two days?

Yeah... A being gone for two or three days isn't really a hiatus and certainly isn't worth making an "I've returned" thread.
