Yay hopefully IPA is back~ Maybe though, just maybe, we should get another apprentice, since the only two updaters hardly ever post here and are usually busy... I'd nominate blastotise but that's just my opinion.

My apologies, I am not going to get distracted from this and leave it again. However, I have been mad busy with band camp the past week, and now I'm doing summer homework and working on a project like crazy. If I can find a time to sneak in an update, I shall. So is IPA really alive? Some of the more recent posts go as far as last year, and over all just seems to be dead. It might either be time to shut down Forum Freak(see what I did there?) or send out a new generation. Or maybe a big ad campaign saying IPA is back in Buisiness... that is, if Saber and Silver arn't terribly busy this summer.

It's really up to Silver and Saber, since it's on hold due to a lack of free time on their part, rather than lack of player interest.

Aggh... I really don't know what to do with this. I'm done with school right now, so I have a bit more free time lately, and I don't want to just shut it down. I don't want to just shut it down, but...
Well, the more I look at it, the more I'm just really not satisfied with the way things were done. Partially stuff that I did, partially stuff that Opal had going from the beginning... I don't even know who's interested anymore, and it's really intimidating to maintain all that data. There's so much missing, too...
So. Although I adamantly refused a restart before... how about it? This wouldn't be just wiping everyone's stuff and starting the same thing over again. This would be... total IPA overhaul.
So, how about it? Well, not that you have much choice, since at this point it's that or nothing... unless Saber has some violent opposition, in which case I may reconsider.
In the mean time, I'm going to lock everything but this thread and discuss some things with my apprentice. As for the rest of you, this is your chance to tell me if you're in or not and offer some input. I might actually give a passing thought to your suggestions! There's quite a few things I already plan to do differently anyways, but I'm not going to spoil that~

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."

I'd love to keep this going in one form of another. So, if that means a major overhaul, ok. What did you have in mind?
