If you actually do attempt pokemon smilies/pokemon game character smilies, I'd probably just do the head... I'll try to do one for Mudkip, so no one attempt that right now

Also, for ref, use THIS sprite sheet for the pokemon, it's the only full one I can find that looks good.

Oh, whoops! I messed up the transparency. How'd I miss that.
Also, the shape of the head concerns me for the "problem, officer?" head, but the FUUUU head wouldn't be too hard. If I was going to continue on that path, Epic Fail Guy would be the next logical conclusion, but I think a lot of these already have emoticons that express them decently well (and the EFG mask means little to those who don't know the context).

Any way you throw it, I'm going to sleep now, so make decisions and I'll work on it when I get time.

I was wondering about the transparency. In the end, I assumed you did it on purpuse (black background for the crying guy and all).

You give me too much credit, I'm not that creative. Besides, if I were to do that, I would have the black up to the outline, and have it fade to transparency on the outside.
