Round 4: The Village of Shadows

((Fair warning, if you try and exhaustively search buildings like that, you'll waste a lot of time and someone will probably call the police (or their equivalent) on you.))
((You're currently in the Financial District.))

((Yea, I was just trying to stay ditched for awhile or something >>))
"Hmm... so now I guess I should find the others... or something, not sure, it seems that I'm in the financial part of the wherever-I-am place. I guess I'll just do some exploring then, since my team obviously isn't too fond of me... hmm.. I guess I'll go... *closes eyes, turns a bit and points* that way!" Chris said, points east-north-east, then he starts walking.
((I'm headed to the fountain area, so... yea.))

((Keep in mind that you can't see the fountain from your current location, so you don't really know if you're heading towards it or not.))
Chris began to walk down a wide lane. The buildings were all fancy and well-kept. Or at least he thought they were, it was a bit hard to tell when everything was black and white. The area was fairly busy, with a good amount of people walking down the road and turning various banks, money changers, and investment houses.

((I am aware; I just realized, you made the town 'black and white' and the new pokemon games coming out are 'black and white' I thought it was a coincidence but this round started before any info was released.))
"Hmm.. I guess I'm in the richy-business section of the town..." Chris thought to himself as he continued walking.
"I haven't seen anyone even remotely looks like anyone from my team... These town's people are kinda strange too..." Chris said as he observed some of them closely but carefully as to not get caught.
((in other words, I wanna know what they look like))

Most of the people passing by looked human, though the lack of colors made it a bit hard to tell. The majority wore long coats and a hat of some kind, though there was the occasional person wearing more casual clothing. Occasionally, an obviously non-human figure passed by such as a horned man, a woman with six arms, and what looked something like a very large butterfly, but they were clearly in the minority.

Sira looked at the flute-like things with curiosity, wondering for a second if she could play them. I mean, she'd played the flute when she was younger, so she could probably play one of these things, right?
...Nah.

Um, excuse me? She said to the woman behind the counter. I was wondering if you could help me.

GROUP 1 (Zanther, Sira, Mickey, D.G.)
The woman stopped playing and turned to Sira. "Certainly. How can I help you?"

[Siranae]

Could you tell me how to get to town center? She asked the woman.

[Josiah]

GROUP 1 (Zanther, Sira, Mickey, D.G.)
"Of course." the woman procedes to give Sira a set of fairly simple directions to the town center.

[Siranae]

Sira smiled. Thank you very much, ma'am. Have a nice day! As she walked away, she turned back and gave the woman a cheerful wave. When she returned to her group, she said, Okay, I got the directions! So now, uh, we go to the town center. She then began to walk, following the directions the woman had given her. She also made sure to keep an eye out for anything suspicious.

GROUP 1 (Zanther, Sira, Mickey, D.G.)
The whole silloutte thing made most poeple like a little suspicious but beyond that Sira didn't spot anything obvious. After about ten minutes of walking (carefully following the lady's directions) the group emerged onto a broad tree lined street going to the north and south. The city wall could be see far to the south. To the north was a large plaza (most likely the town center) with what appeared to be an enormous fountain in the center, though it was a bit hard to be sure from a distance.

"Hmm some pretty strange people live around here... kinda reminds me of that one really weird anime I saw once..."
Chris thought to himself, paused then thought: "Gosh, I'm such a nerd, making references to anime when I should be looking for this portal." Chris then continued walking again in the same direction as earlier while thinking more to himself: "I kinda just realized... my life is really messed up now, being abducted, forced to participate in an alien game show, looking for portals in random worlds... My life has seriously got alot more interesting now..."

After walking for a few minutes Chris left the financial area behind and found himself on a street lined with large mansion like buildings complete with ornate walls and gates surrounding them. The people in the area seemed to be wearing fancier clothing as well.

[Winters Rage]

"Hmm... I must have found the richy part of town..." Christ thought. "Well, I was gonna look for the middle of town, like a park or something, but I'm too curious now~" Chris plotted to himself then entered the richy-looking part of town. "This should be fun, but no more searching buildings, I'll just walk down the street and just see if I see anything strange." Chris said quitely to himself as he proceded to walk down the road checking his surroundings.

The houses were all very large and ornate and most appeared to have huge well cared for lawns and gardens as well, though his view was blocked by the walls and gates surroudning them. The streets were fairly uncrowded. There were some rich looking people milling about and a handful of people walking around gawking at the buildings who seemed like tourists. It looked like there was a bit more activity further down the road, but it was too far away for Chris to see clearly.
