Hi! Nothing too bad happening here, fortunately. Aside from my computer crashing multiple times this morning, anyway. Why does fate try so hard to keep my from catching up on things?

Homeworking.... then maybe I go off and play the piano. Debating on which new song to learn... any suggestions? Like... from Godspell, Wicked, Les Mis, RENT, or Phantom would be nice, 'cos those are some of the books that I have :P I have a bunch of singles... EVERYWHERE. But... yeah, too many of those to name. Also got Meat Loaf's Bat Out of Hell... that's a good album, maybe I'll learn to play something from that...

Off to see the middle school play... Last year, I got such a nice reception that I wasn't expecting. The previous year, I had been Shere Khan and Fielding in The Jungle Book (I <3 playing villians). All the 6th and 7th graders (they had become 7th and 8th graders) remembered me and I got an awesome reception, and it was so nice. I doubt the 6th graders (now 8th graders) will STILL remember me, but I'm still gonna go there and hope for the best.

Heso! No, you can't just ignore someone like that... they need help. It's best not to get too involved, but you need to at least be friendly. Be supportive but focus on getting them professional help.

Went to see the middle school play... The Phantom Tollbooth. I'd heard of it before, but only that our school had done it a few years back. It was really good... it looked like we ACTUALLY had a budget, for once! It was really clever, I've decided to read the book now becuase I haven't read for pleasure in way too long...
I did get recognized as Shere Khan, though :) One of the ex-6th-graders-now-8th-graders when I went to congratualte them on a job well done pointed at me and shouted "SHERE KHAN!" several times :P
But, as usual, seeing a play makes me sad every time. I <3 acting... but the only acting I've done lately is for DI. And a 8 minute skit just doesn't quite cut it...
And my life is just freakin' madness. Agh.... I need to help them, they're my friends...

Hi! Like Silver said, Saber, you should be supportive but sometimes that's really all you can do. Not helping people at all is bad. Though getting too involved or driving yourself nuts about it when there really isn't anything else you can do is bad.
My parents got back from their trip, but that's about all that's been happening here. I'm heading to GDC on Wednesday though (which will unfortunately mean several days without Final Fantasy XIII).

That's rather daunting. I just got back from watching Alice in Wonderland! Aside from the very strange ending (which didn't feel like it fit at all), I enjoyed it a lot. The Cheshire Cat (easily the best character ever) alone made it worth seeing 
Although there's one thing I didn't expect that's pretty important actually. The Burton version of this film is NOT a remake, it is a SEQUEL. So if you're planning on watching this, be sure to watch the original as there are some things you'll probably miss without prior knowledge in the series.
