Haha... Oops... that's just how I read your username >> I read it... "PokeSpirit" but then replace the 'e' with the 'i', it just never occurred to me until you mentioned that :P The same with Celebifly; I read it "Selebify" Hehe... But usually I just copy and past her name because I'm lazy :P
Oh, I would also like to point this out: Check the number of pages for WoR07, WoR08, and this year when this thread is locked. The page count increases more and more every year :P

Hey guys. I'm showing my teacher my last LBP Christmas level tonight so I've got to get as much work as I can on it before then. Because of that, I haven't finished the prize images yet so the details of the remaining days (and the winners, of course) won't be announced until sometime this evening/night.

Sorry, sorry. Ran into some problems with that level (which I'll be ranting about in the morning). Long story short, the whole thing glitched somehow. It wasted a whole lot of time, I wasn't able to finish anywhere near as much as I wanted to, and the thing is still seriously glitched up too. But the time I finally gave up on it, I was in a pretty lousy mood, so I decided to take a break and play video games for an hour or two to relax a bit before gettting to Pebble Version stuff. And then I got stuck in the last level of the game I was playing and, seeing as it was the last level, I couldn't really bring myself to quit so that hour or two ended up running a lot longer and didn't help my mood as much as I'd hoped. Anyway, I need sleep right now (got another final project to work on tomorrow) but I promise I'll post the rest of the stuff here in the morning. Really sorry about the delay, this day just didn't go right at all...

Awwww You mean I hibernated all day for nothing??? Well, at least I got that new security up-date and Luke (My programmer/Repairer/everything else) got a break today, he drew alot and scanned some pictures up, I might post them in my thread later... depends on my mood.

Thursday: Be Apathetic Day
AK - 5

Phonox & Sira – 2

Since it was be apathetic day and all, I decided to honor the spirit of the day and give AK the win since he only made one post, in which he said that he didn't care enough to post anything else that day. Silver posted a bit more and had yet another special sprite and Japanese word set, getting him second. Phonox, who said he didn't care enough to follow the theme (but did anyway) tied Sira (who was just all around good) for third. While NG made a ton of posts, he often justed added something like "but I don't really care" to the end of them, which got kind of old. That, and he seemed way too eager to be apathetic.

Friday: Act Like the World is About to End Day
AK – 5
NG & Phonox – 3
Silver & Saber – 2

Another day that got kinda out of hand. AK started the whole Wobba invasion thing, which could be seen as good or bad, but still fit the theme and generated a ton of posts, getting him the win. NG ran with the Wobba thing and posted a lot, while Phonox had very high quality posts (going back and forth between denial and poetic), tieing them for second. Saber and Silver tied for third. Aside from a few good posts each, Silver has his very appropriate The World Ends With You sprite and Saber updated IPA while following the theme, tieing them for third.

Saturday: SUPER COMBO MIX-UP DAY
Silver – 5
BFC & NG (tie) – 3
Saber & Sira (tie) – 2

At this point, Silver, NG, Phonox, Sira, and AK were all pretty close score wise so it came down to the final day. While BFC and NG made the most posts by far, all their posts were in a single style (the third person one), bumping them down to second. Silver got the win for making excellent use of both posting styles. Sira and Saber also made good use of both styles, but made very posts, putting them in third.


And the final point totals are:

Congrats to Silver, NG, and Phonox! Prize images will be up shortly (having some computer issues at the moment) and Silver's bonus comic (with cameo by NG) will be up...sometime over the next month. Ideally a week from Friday, but since I'll be on vacation in New Zealand at the time, I can't promise anything.

Huh, that was unexpected. Posted like 5 posts pertaining to apatheticness on that day, posted maybe 6 at the last minute in "World is going to end" day, didn't do anything at all the last, and still managed to scrape out 3rd. Thank you Doctor Who and Doctor Horrible!

To be honest, I did a lot worst than I thought. :/ I knew I made about 30% of all the End of the World day posts. Guess they just weren't good enough.
