Yeah, it was a really fun week. It's a shame that the Week of Randomness keeps getting put during Nab's exams or else he'd be able to post much more than he is currently able.

Meh... NG has been gone all day today and has not been able to get online in the slightest until now, and Lo!!! The number of posts even surprised this apathetic and very detailed person today!!! NG has been very very busy for the past 30 minutes replying to all of the posts in the 'view your posts' page, which s very good that it exists or else NG would have to take 2 times as long to find all of the places he posts.

And The Week of Randomness is over! I hope everyone had fun. I'll be announcing the winners of the first few days a bit later today. The winners of the remaining days, and the overall winners of the week, will by posted tomorrow, once I've had time to finish judging all the posts.

Ok, time to start posting the winners of each day. Here's the first four days. The rest, along with the overall winners, will be posted tomorrow. So you know, it got very close between several people and really all came down to the last day. To explain how the system works... Each day in the Week of Randomness, 10 points are given out. Five to first place, three to second, and two to third. Who wins first, second, and third is based on how well the day's theme was followed, number of posts made, quality of posts, and a few other things.

Sunday: Talk Like Hillbilly Day
Silver – 5
NG & Sira (tie) - 3
Eclectric & AK (tie) - 2

Sunday kicked things off with a bang and there was a lot of good posts to choose from. NG posted the most, but Silver had a lot as well and managed to edge him out and take first. Sira also did a really good job and her high post quality let her tie with NG. Meanwhile, Eclectric and AK both did pretty good as well, though they had less posts than the others, and ended up tieing for third.

Monday: Speak in Overly Epic Heroic Speeches Day
Phonox - 5
Silver & Poik – 3 (tie)
Sira – 2

This day ended up getting a bit out of hand and ended up becomming more of an epic political debate day. Overall, I give Phonox the win for a combination of post count, quality, and helping to calm things down when they got a bit too crazy. Silver had far fewer posts, but the ones he did have were great and he also posted an epic heroic sprite and some related Japanese words, which got him a bit of a bonus. Poik tied Silver, and would have probably tied Phonox (due to lots of long high quality posts) if he had been less villianous and more heroic. Finally, Sira edged out everyone else and got third for her good posts and for keeping out of the big fight.

Tuesday: Talk in the 3rd Person Day
NG - 5
AK & Phonox (tie) - 3
Silver & Nab (tie) – 2

This was an easy day and mostly came down to post count and how well everyone stuck with the theme. Despite the rather odd choice of calling himself AK for the day, NG stuck to the theme and won this one with a ton of posts. AK and Phonox ended up a fairly close second, with Silver and Nab (who had a lot less posts than everyone else) tied for third.

Wednesday: Explain Everything in Excruciating Detail Day
Sira & Saber (tie) - 5
Phonox & NG (tie) - 3
Silver – 2

Sira and Saber did an excellent job on this one, and Saber helped make up for her relatively low post count with IPA updates and a crazy Say Something Random post. Phonox did good as well, but had fewer, holding him back, while NG dropped to second due to some oddly worded posts and the fact that he broke from the theme a couple times. Silver was awesome as always and posted another theme related sprite, but made very few posts, so he ended up in third.

You mean 11. Still a lot, though. So, since the winners came down to the last day and I stopped caring on "apathetic day", I'm probably not going to get much, if any, points on the last days.

Woops, hehe, miscounted there >> anyways, I really hope I did good the last two days because I didn't think I did as good near the end as I did at first, and whatI did at first was... kinda alot worse than what I thought anyways, for those that are lazy (kinda like me) the standings so far total are:
