"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I in no way attempt to claim the following set of words as my own. It was a conversation that ensued between my friend (aka "you") and a stranger (aka "stranger") on omegle. My friend then copied it and attached it to an email. Once the data traveled through the internet, I was able to use my eyes to read it, and it brought the emotion of amusement to me, so I then clicked and dragged to highlight the conversation so that I might share it here.

(Actually, the stranger is just a stranger. Omegle is a site that blatantly opposes your mother's wishes and actually encourages you to talk to complete strangers. They are, however, both very strange, perhaps a double meaning on the word stranger.)
