Okay, last week one, since I wasn't sure about the Anman Buns I decided to leave it and either make it another week or just make them at home. You know once I have a kitchen at home that's big enough for this kind of thing. I don't like having a small kitchen...

So I went with a Random Google Recipe! I ended up choosing Muhallabia, It an Arabic desert, and that petty much all I know about it apart from how to make it. It's a nice dessert and has a strong flowery taste, but it doesn't really appeal to me. It's what we like to call an 'Acquired Taste'.

BTW, here's the recipe for a rather unique Greek dessert I found a while back.

Greek Galaktoboureko Recipe #44110

For the Syrup
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
• 1 tablespoon orange flower water
• 3 tablespoons orange juice
For the Custard
• 2 quarts milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup cream of wheat
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 12 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 pinch salt
For the Pastry
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 lb phyllo dough, thawed
1. Note: Orange flower water can be found in Middle Eastern grocers, near where they sell the Rose water.
2. To make the syrup, place all syrup ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Cook for 10 minutes, skimming off any foam; remove from heat and cool.
4. To prepare the custard, place milk and sugar in a small saucepan and heat until very hot; stir in Cream of Wheat, then add butter and salt.
5. Cook until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
6. Beat together eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy; stir in cooled custard and mix thoroughly.
7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
8. To prepare pastry, grease an 11x17-inch baking pan with butter.
9. Unwrap phyllo, laying out flat, and covering with damp towels when not getting pastry (to keep from drying out).
10. Lay 1 sheet of phyllo across the baking sheet and brush with butter (use a pastry brush for this) (cover remaining phyllo while you do this).
11. Repeat with more sheet of phyllo to make an 8-sheet layer.
12. Pour the custard on top of the 8 buttered sheets and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
13. Repeat the process of the phyllo, covering the custard with 8 more buttered sheets.
14. When you have those done, take a sharp knife a punch some breathing holes in the top (as you would for a pie).
15. Place the galaktoboureko in a preheated oven and bake for 45-60 min, or until custard is set and the pastry shakes loose from the edges of the pan.
16. Allow the galaktaboureko to cool about 30 minutes, thenpour the syrup evenly over the pastry.
17. Allow it to cool completely before cutting and serving (it is best served chilled or at room temp).
18. Serves up to 48, depending on size (diamond shape is the recommended cut).

Its Milk, Cornflour (to thicken), sugar and rosewater. With Pistachios and Strawberry on top.

And here we have Profiteroles. Did I ever mention that I don't like Profiteroles, I guess I have to know how to make them, but really it should not have take 4 Days to make the things! Aurgh sometimes people at work can be so annoying when they wont let you do something!

I present Lapras's evolved form!...

Yes I know it's not food... I actually drew it because there was a really really bad attempt at making a Lapras evolution on youtube, all it was was a Lapras sprite with bits and pieces of other Pokemon sprite badly attacked to it.

Anyway I give you Iceane (I-sea-an-nae). Although the colour kindda disappeared when I scanned it. I'll colour one on the compie when I get time, but the Shell is Green, Skin is an Icy-Blue, underbelly is white and the fan on her tail is white with Violet streaks.

Those profiteroles look soooo good... how could you not like them? I LURVE profiteroles.

And it might be a bit late but something that's lactose free, has no eggs and is super tasty would be baklava.

That recipe uses Butter but you could probably substitute it for margerine or something like that and I thought it had rosewater in it too but this recipe is different. IDK.

Yeah, I'd try fixing up the shading, except I don't know where the original picture is, I might fix it on the computer eventually, I'd probably end up colouring it too if i did that though.

And here another one, this was the cover page for my practical Art book when I'lls in year 12, I never got round to doing one for senior Art, then again I left school after 3 months...

I don't like the hands... they still look more like claws to me...
