okonomiyaki: a dish made from a batter and other stuff (common ingredients include various types of seafood, meat, and/or veggies, along with egg, mayo, and a special sauce) which is cooked on a hot grill table. It's often called Japanese pizza in various translations, but really isn't anything like pizza (other than that they're both fairly flat and round).
