The Portal Panic Lounge

[Winters Rage]

((sorry, i kinda changed my mind and forgot about the elevator bit, and yea, ill try not to post every other post, it just takes soooo long for other people to post))

He decides to follow Kaida, despite his better judgment, he was too curious, plus, he doesn't really feel 'safe' with anyone else in the lounge right now. "so.... do you see her?" he asked quietly, because he obviously couldn't think of anything else to say. ((XD))

[Kaida]

"No, so we'll go this way." Kaida said heading down the main hall. "Maybe get some food too."

[Winters Rage]

"ok, anything sound good to you? I don't recognize anything even edible here..." he said in a whisper as he followed Kaida around, looking at all the different aliens and wondered -do they know what I'm saying..?-

[Josiah]

GARY
The communicator beeps and says that the target is out of range. If Gary happens to look at the TV, he'll see that the battle between Shana's Team and the Tagth team has intensfied while the remaining team is watching them from a distance and making plans to run in and grab the key for themselves.


SIRA
A humanoid female with four eyes and purple skin greats Sira and briefly explains that she has been chosen as an extra player for Portal Panic's Earth Team. She gives a very quick overview of what Portal Panic is ((which pretty much boils down to what's said in the How This Game is Played thread)) then snaps her fingers, causing a circular orange portal to appear in the center of the room. Stepping through it, Sira finds herself in a large area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. There's a few other humans around. ((You're in the main room in the Earth Team's suite in the lounge.))


KAIDA & Chris
Going further down the hall, the pair passed the following restaurants: Under the Sea (looks likes a seafood place of some kind), Lighter Than Air Cusine (the exterior has a cloud motif, but that's about all you can tell), The Spice is Right (has a color patchwork exterior), and The Flying Knife (has a dark and mysterious look). There's a couple more restaurants further down the main hall. Directly ahead, the hall also branches off to both the left and right, each leading to several more restaurants.
There's a moderate amount of aliens of various types in the area both entering and leaving different restaurants, but no one you recognize.

[Kaida]

"Ooo, do you like Spicy food Chris?" Kaida said as she stopped and looked at 'The Spice is Right'

"not really, I have a very low tolerance for spicy things, sorry. I was wondering if there was anything close to a 'Taco Bell' here, as thats my favorite place to eat" he said as he looks around at all the restaurants, thinking that he doesn't need to whisper as everyone else probably don't know what hes saying. ((seriously, I'm totally gonna mention that in the lounge when we get back XDD can't resist))

[Kaida]

"Well I can go there another time." Kaida said. "And I found something close to Ramen so maybe you'll find something close to Taco Bell. What ever that is. I'm assuming its a Taco restaurant."

[Winters Rage]

"I love ramen ^.^ (is eating it right now) and you've never heard of taco bell??? wow." he said shocked.

[Kaida]

"It's no surprise really. I'm from Australia, and where I've lived I never heard of a Place Called Taco Bell. But We do have Maccas and KFC." Kaida said as she headed to the end of the hall looking at the restaurants.

[Winters Rage]

"I never liked KFC, until they came out with KGC, I love grilled chicken. Anything so-far sound good to you?" he asked.

[Kaida]

"I love the mashies" Kaida said, "A few places but we might as well have a look around."

[Winters Rage]

"ha, me too..." he said, then kept following "so, have you seen salon... erm... sloan... er.... whatever her name is, yet?" he said muttering a bit.

[Kaida]

"Salon and Sloan? Well I suppose it is close, but it's Sanlon." Kaida said, "And no I haven't, should we go left or right?" She asked looking down both hallways.

[Winters Rage]

"erm... sorry" he said blushing from his mistake "umm.... right..?"

[Kaida]

"It okay, I'm terrible whit names normally" Kaida said heading down the right hallway. "Right it is."
